Welcome to the Hala Festival Food Vendor and Food Truck Application!

We are excited to showcase a diverse range of food and beverage vendors offering unique flavors to our guests.

Please note:
– This is a rain or shine event.
– All food vendors must submit a valid Health Department Permit or Temporary Food Permit with this application.
– Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup (tent, tables, chairs) and ensuring proper tent weights for safety.

Setup instructions, booth assignments, and full event guidelines will be emailed after approval.

This application is for all vendors selling non-food items, including handmade goods, clothing, jewelry, art, gifts, and more.Please complete the application fully. Vendor spaces are limited and applications are subject to review and approval.Approved vendors will have their payment automatically processed after approval.Important: • Booth size: 10’ x 10’ outdoor space • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display items. • This is a rain or shine event. This form is for confirmed Hala Festival vendors who wish to rent additional booth items.

You can rent a 10x10 ft tent, 6-foot tables, and chairs.

Please select the items you need and complete payment by June 15, 2025.
All rentals will be provided and ready at your booth on the day of the event.
