Hala Festival is a multicultural celebration that brings together food, shopping, entertainment, and family fun all in one vibrant event! Join us for an exciting day featuring diverse vendors, delicious eats, live performances, and activities for all ages. This is a rain or shine event. Free parking is available at or near the event site. Setup instructions, booth assignments, and event policies will be emailed after vendor approval. Vendors must follow event protocols and local health regulations. We can’t wait to create an unforgettable day together!

About the application

This form is for confirmed Hala Festival vendors who wish to rent additional booth items.

You can rent a 10x10 ft tent, 6-foot tables, and chairs.

Please select the items you need and complete payment by June 15, 2025.
All rentals will be provided and ready at your booth on the day of the event.

Terms & Conditions

All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Vendors are responsible for the condition of rented items.
• Rentals will be available at your booth during setup.
• If you have any questions or changes, please contact us directly before June 15.

Prices

Tent Rental (10x10 ft)	$45.00	Rent a 10x10 ft tent for your booth. Provided and set up at your space.
Table Rental (6 ft)	$15.00	Rent a 6-foot table for your booth.
Chair Rental	$5.00	Rent one chair. You may select multiple if needed.
