Join Project Pride SRQ for a joyful day of Pride, community, and celebration in Sarasota. Gulfcoast Pride brings together LGBTQ+ residents, families, allies, artists, local businesses, nonprofits, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners for one of the Gulf Coast’s most vibrant Pride celebrations.
Explore a lively vendor marketplace, connect with local organizations and resources, enjoy delicious food, experience live performances and entertainment, and celebrate in an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere built around visibility, joy, and belonging.

Parking instructions
Parking is available throughout the Rosemary District and nearby Downtown Sarasota public parking areas. Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead, carpool, use rideshare, bike, or walk when possible.
Please follow all posted City of Sarasota parking signs, time limits, payment requirements, tow-away zones, accessible parking designations, and event-related traffic instructions. Do not park in blocked-off areas, private lots, tenant spaces, driveways, loading zones, or within the festival footprint.
Nearby public parking options may include Downtown Sarasota garages and public lots. For current parking locations, rates, garage information, and enforcement details, please visit the City of Sarasota Parking and Mobility resources before arriving. The City notes that Downtown Sarasota includes more than 1,300 covered parking spaces, including State Street, Palm Avenue, and 2nd Street/Whole Foods garage options.
Event layout, street access, and parking availability are subject to final permitting, road closures, barricades, and public safety requirements.
Health & safety
Gulfcoast Pride is an outdoor, all-ages community event. Please help us keep the festival safe, welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
Attendees should follow all posted signs, barricades, parking restrictions, vendor boundaries, and instructions from Project Pride SRQ staff, volunteers, security, event personnel, and public safety officials.
Please keep sidewalks, ADA pathways, vendor aisles, driveways, emergency access routes, stage areas, and restroom areas clear at all times. Do not move barricades, cones, signage, tables, tents, restrooms, or event equipment.
Because this is an outdoor event, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably, wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and plan for changing weather. Water, restrooms, handwashing stations, food vendors, and community resources will be available within the event footprint, subject to final layout.
Weapons, illegal substances, disruptive behavior, harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, or conduct that creates a safety concern will not be permitted. Project Pride SRQ reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the welcoming spirit of Gulfcoast Pride.
If you see a safety concern or need assistance during the event, please notify a Project Pride SRQ staff member, volunteer, security team member, or public safety official.

Gulfcoast Pride is Project Pride SRQ’s signature community celebration of LGBTQ+ visibility, joy, connection, and belonging. Your support helps us produce a safe, accessible, and welcoming festival with live entertainment, community vendors, family-friendly activities, health resources, local partners, and space for LGBTQ+ people and allies across Sarasota and the Gulf Coast to come together.
Funds raised help support event production, entertainment, safety, accessibility, outreach, permits, insurance, volunteer support, and community-centered programming.
Terms & Conditions
Gulfcoast Pride 2026 is a free, outdoor, all-ages community event presented by Project Pride SRQ. RSVP is encouraged to help us plan for attendance, safety, accessibility, vendors, entertainment, and overall event experience, but RSVP does not guarantee reserved seating, parking, VIP access, or entry to any restricted area.
Event details, including date, time, location, layout, entertainment, vendor placement, road closures, parking access, and programming, are subject to change based on permitting, weather, public safety guidance, production needs, and other operational considerations.
By attending Gulfcoast Pride, attendees agree to follow all posted signs, barricades, parking restrictions, event rules, and instructions from Project Pride SRQ staff, volunteers, security, vendors, event personnel, and public safety officials.
Gulfcoast Pride is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and family-friendly environment. Harassment, hate speech, intimidation, threats, discrimination, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, weapons, illegal substances, or conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the event will not be permitted. Project Pride SRQ reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior creates a safety concern or disrupts the event.
Attendees may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, media, archival, reporting, and community storytelling purposes. By attending, attendees acknowledge that their image, likeness, or voice may appear in event-related materials.
Optional donations or add-on contributions made through Eventeny help support Gulfcoast Pride and Project Pride SRQ’s community work. Contributions are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once processed.
Project Pride SRQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, weather impacts, parking issues, travel delays, or changes to the event schedule or layout.
