About
Gulfcoast Pride is Project Pride SRQ’s signature community celebration of LGBTQ+ visibility, joy, connection, and belonging. Your support helps us produce a safe, accessible, and welcoming festival with live entertainment, community vendors, family-friendly activities, health resources, local partners, and space for LGBTQ+ people and allies across Sarasota and the Gulf Coast to come together.
Funds raised help support event production, entertainment, safety, accessibility, outreach, permits, insurance, volunteer support, and community-centered programming.
What are the levels

| Volunteer & Community Support | $5000.00 Help support the volunteers, staff, supplies, hospitality, and coordination needed to create a smooth and welcoming festival experience. |
| Visibility, Marketing & Outreach | $10000.00 Support marketing, design, advertising, printing, photography, signage, and outreach that help more people find and participate in Gulfcoast Pride. |
| Family, Youth & Accessibility Experiences | $10000.00 Help create welcoming spaces for families, youth, older adults, and community members of all abilities through family-friendly activities, accessibility planning, cooling/rest areas, and inclusive programming. |
| Community Health & Resource Access | $10000.00 Support the presence of community partners, health resources, prevention education, LGBTQ+ affirming services, and outreach opportunities for attendees across Sarasota and Manatee counties. |
| Safety, Permits & Event Operations | $15000.00 Help cover the essential behind-the-scenes costs that make a large public festival possible, including permits, insurance, security, restrooms, sanitation, rentals, and event logistics. |
| Mainstage & Entertainment | $25000.00 Support live entertainment, drag performers, DJs, musicians, performers, stage production, sound, lighting, and the moments that bring Gulfcoast Pride to life. |
