VENDOR PARKING REQUIREMENTS IMPORTANT: VENDORS DO NOT PARK NEXT TO THEIR BOOTH SPACES. Vendors must NOT leave vehicles beside, behind, or near their vendor spaces during the event. After unloading, all vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area located at the back of the field. Vendors are required to: • Unload all booth supplies and merchandise • Immediately move vehicles to the designated parking area • Keep the vendor area clear for customers and event activities. Failure to move vehicles to the designated parking area may result in a vendor being asked to relocate their vehicle or may impact future participation with Shop & Stroll Markets.

Please do not attend the market if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.Vendors are encouraged to have hand sanitizer available at their booth for personal use and customer convenience.Masks are not mandatory; however, vendors and attendees may consider wearing one when in large crowds or when they feel it is appropriate.In the event of guidance, recommendations, or requirements issued by the Health Department or government authorities, Shop and Stroll Markets will follow all applicable North Carolina county and state guidelines.

Welcome to Shop & Stroll Markets! We are excited to have you participate in the Harvest and Home Outdoor Market. A cozy outdoor fall shopping event celebrating vintage finds, handmade creations, local businesses, delicious food, and the beauty of the autumn season. This market brings together talented artisans, vintage collectors, makers, bakers, specialty food vendors, and small businesses for a welcoming community shopping experience filled with seasonal décor, unique gifts, handcrafted goods, antiques, farmhouse favorites, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where vendors can showcase their businesses while shoppers enjoy a relaxing afternoon supporting local businesses. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your application and payment. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on: * Product category * Product quality * Booth presentation * Professionalism * Overall event needs Shop & Stroll Markets reserves the right to limit vendor categories to provide a balanced shopping experience. The Organizer reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor who does not meet event standards, policies, or professional expectations. PRODUCT STANDARDS Shop & Stroll Markets is a curated handmade, artisan, vintage, specialty food, and small business marketplace. The following items are strictly prohibited: * Counterfeit or bootleg items * Trademarked or copyrighted merchandise without proper authorization (including Disney or other protected brands) * AI-generated artwork or AI-created products represented as handmade * Any products that misrepresent their origin or craftsmanship We allow select small businesses and a limited number of approved direct sales companies. Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. VENDOR PROMOTION Accepted vendors agree to actively help promote the event. Vendors agree to: * Share official event graphics on social media * Invite customers, family, and friends * Promote the event through social media, websites, email lists, and other marketing channels * Provide quality product photos if requested * Allow Shop & Stroll Markets to use vendor business names, logos, and event photographs for promotional purposes without compensation Successful events are a shared effort. Vendor participation in promotion helps create a stronger event experience for everyone. VENDOR SPACE & SETUP This is an **OUTDOOR** event located at: 1120 Palmer Farm Road Gibsonville, NC Each vendor space includes: One 10' x 10' outdoor space Vendors must provide: * Their own tent * Commercial-grade tent weights * Table(s) * Chair(s) * Business signage * All necessary booth supplies Additional spaces may be purchased based on availability and approval. Each additional space includes room for one additional 10' x 10' setup. Maximum purchase: Three vendor spaces. Booth assignments will be provided at check-in. Vendors must: * Stay within their assigned booth space * Keep all merchandise and displays inside their booth boundaries * Keep walkways clear at all times The following are not permitted: * Booth sharing * Subleasing booth space * Merchandise extending into walkways Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed. EVENT SCHEDULE Event: Harvest & Home Outdoor Market Date: Saturday, September 12 Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Vendor Setup: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Vendors must arrive during the setup window and be completely ready before the event opens. Vendors must: * Unload at their assigned area * Immediately move vehicles to designated parking areas after unloading * Keep driveways and customer areas clear Breakdown: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Vendors must remain set up for the entire event unless approved by the Organizer. Early breakdown is not permitted. Late arrivals without prior approval may result in forfeiture of booth space and vendor fees. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY All vendor fees are: * Non-refundable * Non-transferable No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. Refunds will not be provided due to: * Vendor cancellation * Low attendance * Poor sales * Weather * Event schedule changes * Venue adjustments * Public safety concerns * Emergencies FORCE MAJEURE Shop & Stroll Markets shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: * Severe weather * Natural disasters * Government mandates * Venue closures * Public safety incidents * Emergencies * Utility failures * Other unforeseen events Vendor understands these situations are outside the control of the Organizer and Venue. Vendor fees remain non-refundable in these circumstances. CHARGEBACK POLICY By submitting payment, Vendor agrees that all sales are final. Vendor agrees not to initiate: * Chargebacks * Payment disputes * Claims through payment processors Any vendor initiating a chargeback may be permanently prohibited from future Shop & Stroll Markets events. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid fees and associated legal costs. LIABILITY Vendor assumes full responsibility for: * Personal injury * Property damage * Theft * Loss of merchandise * Damage to equipment Shop & Stroll Markets, its owners, volunteers, staff, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for vendor losses or damages. Vendors are strongly encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. The following may result in immediate removal without refund: * Harassment * Discrimination * Aggressive behavior * Disruptive conduct * Failure to follow Organizer instructions COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including: * Sales tax requirements * Health Department regulations * Required permits or licenses Product liability insurance is optional and is the responsibility of each vendor if they choose to obtain it. Shop & Stroll Markets does not require vendors to carry product liability insurance; however, event insurance does not provide coverage for: * Vendor tents * Tent weights * Chairs * Products * Displays * Merchandise * Product-related claims Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable North Carolina health and food safety regulations. NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS No verbal promises, statements, or agreements made by Shop & Stroll Markets, its staff, volunteers, or venue partners shall modify this agreement. Only these written Terms & Conditions are binding. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be filed exclusively in the appropriate courts within North Carolina. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. AGREEMENT By submitting an application and payment, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
