This is an indoor market. We will ONLY be accepting 105 vendors.

We are so honored that you're considering becoming a vendor at our Boutiques & Bloom Southern Market located at the Gatlinburg Convention Center located in Gatlinburg, TN! Sunny Day Markets will be your host and supporting small like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. This is a TWO DAY - INDOOR event!! We will allow set up on Friday 1030AM-430PM and Saturday 6AM-8AM!

All vendors must stay the duration of the full event!  There will be 105 vendor spots available for this event. There will be categories to make sure we are offering a wide variety of products and services. We are searching far and wide to offer a very large variety to shop from. We will allow handmade, retail AND of course yummy treats!!  We will be selective for this event to make sure we are offering quality, diversity and a unique shopping experience to Gatlinburg, TN and surrounding areas! 

SCAMMER ALERT: The ONLY way we will ever reach out to you for payment will be from Sunny Day Markets through Eventeny. Please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. Once accepted you will receive an acceptance letter and your card WILL BE CHARGED! This means you're all set and committed to this event. When applying for our events please note that we have a NO REFUND + NO CREDIT POLICY!

By submitting your application you agree to this! We reserve the right to protect the event and all other vendors. With this we have the right to ask anyone to leave for any reason at anytime!  The vendor fee's range from $250-$325 a space. All spaces will be strict 10x10 spaces. If you're a trailer please apply for the amount of spaces you would need! 

Tables & Chairs will NOT be provided for this event! We highly encourge vendors to bring their own backdrops as pipe and drapes is not provided

Set up times begin on the Friday before the event. The schedule for vendors is as followed:

Trailer Load-in: 930AM-1030AM

Vendor Load-in: 1030AM-430PM (A signup genius link and vendor set-up guide will be emailed to the email address you apply with 2 weeks prior to the event. PLEASE SIGN UP ASAP)

Saturday Load-in: 6AM-8AM NO TRAILERS

By 9 AM, all vendors are required to be indoors. The doors will lock and not open again until 10AM when customers arrive

This is a TICKETED event : $10 General Admission is good for BOTH days.

We are excited to have you applying to our Gatlinburg Boutiques & Bloom Southern Market at the Gatlinburg Convention Center and look forward to working with you all!!  

Please note power is $100 extra for 20 AMPS and $150 extra for 30 AMPS which goes directly to the convention center and will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event on the card on file. Please make sure to go ahead and select power on this application if needed.
