• Sponsor logo on the event webpage (including website events page, website calendar, Facebook event page, and Eventeny event page) and approved promotional graphics, where applicable.
• Logo placement on event-wide sponsor signage, including the event welcome sign.
• Verbal recognition before the fireworks finale.
• Opportunity to participate/lead a short, informal community discussion about what Juneteenth means to you (and the community) prior to fireworks.

• All sponsor logos, promotional materials, giveaways, banners and on-site activities are subject to City review and approval. Booth opportunities are subject to available space and event logistics. Recognition placement will depend on the selected sponsorship level and final event plans.

In-Kind Sponsorship Opportunities

Local businesses and community partners can also support the Juneteenth Celebration through donated goods, supplies and services that help make the event possible.

Potential in-kind contributions include:

• Staff and Volunteer Refreshments: Bottled water, snacks and meals for staff and volunteers working the event.
• Printing Services: Printing of event schedules, directional signs, banners and other event materials.
• Family Activity Supplies: Art supplies, craft materials or other items for family-friendly activities.
• Guest Giveaways: Gift cards, prizes or small promotional items for approved event activities.
• Staff, Band, and Volunteer Meals: Gift cards to downtown restraunts or hot meals prepared by vendors

The opportunities listed above are examples, and other in-kind contributions may be considered based on event needs. All contributions must be coordinated in advance and approved by the City. Recognition may be provided based on the nature and value of the contribution.
