Experience: Support live music and entertainment at the celebration.

Deliverables:

• Recognition as the live entertainment sponsor.
• Sponsor logo on the event webpage (including website events page, website calendar, Facebook event page, and Eventeny event page) and approved promotional graphics.
• Logo placement on event-wide signage, including the event welcome sign.
• Verbal recognition during the event program.
• One dedicated social media recognition post.
• One complimentary on-site booth (tent, table and chairs provided complimentary), located near the pavilion.
  Recognition in the City’s post-event sponsor thank-you social media post on event page.

Application deadline: May 2, 2027. Payment must also be received by May 2, 2027 for application to be valid. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. This sponsorship is limited to one individual. Filling out an application does not guarantee approval due to sponsorship limitations.

Credit Card Information will be required on the application regardless of payment method. The City of Gastonia will accept credit cards or checks by mail. Check payment instructions will be provided upon approval. 

There will be no refunds given after an applicant is approved to be a sponsor. 

By signing the sponsorship application, you agree to all rules and regulations outlined in the Event Policy document and on the sponsorship application. 

Hold Harmless Clause and Insurance

All authorized vendors participating in the Event shall be individually and severally responsible to the City of Gastonia for any loss, bodily or personal injury, deaths, and/or property damage that may occur as a result of the vendor's negligence or that of its servants, agents, and employees. All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and save the City of Gastonia, its officers, and employees harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorney's fees, suffered or incurred by reason of the vendors' negligence or that of its servants, agents and employees; provided that the vendors shall not be responsible nor required to indemnify the City of Gastonia for negligence of its officers or employees. No insurance is provided by the City of Gastonia to participants in the Event. Participating vendors will be required to provide a signature in acknowledgement of this clause on the vendor application.
