You can edit or withdraw your application any time before approval or rejection. Applicants who are not approved during the first round will be placed on the waitlist. We will do our absolute best to give you as much notice as possible and will reach out to you before approving your application.

Please note: this form allows you to apply for a vendor booth at the show but does NOT guarantee booth space. You'll be asked to enter your credit card details. On acceptance, your card will be charged. If you are placed on the waitlist or otherwise not chosen for the show this year, your card will not be charged.

Exhibitor space is specifically for social/cosplay groups whose primary purpose is to showcase costumes or displays. Selling collectables or collecting donations is fine with prior approval (see questions below).
