Join us for an exciting Father's Day weekend celebration featuring over 100 show cars, live entertainment, family activities, food vendors, and free access to the facility's water park and recreational areas. This family-friendly event will showcase an incredible collection of classic cars, muscle cars, exotic vehicles, lifted trucks, custom builds, motorcycles, and specialty vehicles from across South Florida. Attendees can enjoy live music, DJs, delicious food, local vendors, giveaways, and a full day of entertainment for all ages. The venue also features a public swimming pool and water park area available free of charge during the event, as well as an open baseball field and outdoor recreational spaces. Whether you're a car enthusiast, a collector, or simply looking for a fun family outing, this event offers something for everyone.

Health & safety
The safety of our attendees, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority. All participants must comply with the following Health & Safety Guidelines. General Safety Follow all instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders. Maintain clear access to all walkways, emergency exits, fire lanes, and designated emergency access routes. Report any unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, or emergencies immediately to event staff. Running, reckless behavior, fighting, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Heat & Hydration As this is an outdoor event in South Florida, participants should take precautions against heat-related illnesses. Stay hydrated throughout the event. Wear sunscreen, hats, and appropriate clothing. Seek shade when needed. Anyone experiencing dizziness, nausea, excessive sweating, or signs of heat exhaustion should seek assistance immediately. Vendor Safety Requirements Tent Safety All tents must be secured with adequate weights. Recommended minimum weight: 40 lbs per tent leg. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their tents can safely withstand wind conditions. Unsecured tents may be removed from the event. Electrical Safety All extension cords must be in good condition and rated for outdoor use. Electrical cords crossing walkways must be properly covered or secured. No exposed wiring or unsafe electrical connections are permitted. Cooking & Food Preparation Food vendors must maintain safe food handling practices at all times. Handwashing stations must be available when required. Food must be stored at proper temperatures in accordance with health regulations. Cooking equipment must be monitored at all times. Fire Safety Vendors using cooking equipment must have an accessible and properly charged fire extinguisher. Open flames must be approved by event management. Propane tanks must be properly secured and maintained in accordance with applicable safety regulations. Vehicle Safety Show Cars Vehicles must remain parked in assigned spaces during show hours unless directed by event staff. Burnouts, drifting, racing, excessive revving, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited. Vehicles displaying fluid leaks may be removed from the event. Load-In & Load-Out Follow all traffic control instructions. Drive slowly and exercise caution around pedestrians. Vehicles entering or exiting the event area must yield to pedestrians at all times. Water Park & Pool Area Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Participants must follow all posted pool and water park rules. Lifeguard instructions must be followed immediately. Running, horseplay, or unsafe behavior in pool areas is prohibited. Children & Family Safety Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Children should never be left unattended. Lost children should be reported immediately to event staff. Emergency Procedures In the event of severe weather, medical emergencies, fire, security incidents, or other emergencies: Remain calm. Follow instructions from event staff and emergency personnel. Evacuate designated areas when directed. Do not re-enter restricted areas until authorized. Health & Wellness Participants should not attend if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness that may place others at risk. Assumption of Risk By attending or participating in the event, all attendees, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, and participants acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with attendance and agree to comply with all health and safety requirements established by event management.

Father's Day Car Show & Family Festival June 21, 2025 | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM 701 SW 71st Ave, North Lauderdale, FL 33068 By submitting an application and participating in this event, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Application Approval Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application at their sole discretion. Vendor categories may be limited to avoid excessive duplication. 2. Payment Policy Vendor spaces are not reserved until full payment has been received. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or early departures. 3. Setup & Breakdown Vendors must arrive during the designated load-in period. All booths must be fully set up before the event opens to the public. Vendors may not begin breakdown before the official event end time unless authorized by event management. Early breakdown may result in exclusion from future events. 4. Vendor Space Vendors must remain within their assigned space. Booth sharing or subleasing is prohibited without prior written approval. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, and display equipment. 5. Tent Requirements All tents must be properly secured with weights. A minimum of 40 lbs per tent leg is strongly recommended. Stakes are not permitted unless specifically approved by the venue. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by unsecured equipment. 6. Food Vendor Requirements All food vendors must possess all required licenses and permits. Vendors must comply with all local, county, state, and federal health regulations. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any temporary permits required by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). Handwashing stations and proper food safety procedures are required where applicable. 7. Insurance Vendors are responsible for maintaining any required insurance coverage. Event organizers may request proof of insurance at any time. 8. Conduct Vendors must behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other vendors. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, intoxication, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor without refund for inappropriate conduct. 9. Liability Waiver Vendors participate at their own risk. Event organizers, property owners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for theft, loss, damage, injury, accidents, weather-related incidents, or any claims arising from participation in the event. Vendors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, employees, and customers. 10. Weather Policy This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Vendors are responsible for preparing for sun, wind, rain, and other weather conditions. 11. Vehicle Display & Automotive Vendors Show vehicles must comply with all venue rules and safety requirements. Burnouts, reckless driving, excessive revving, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. Participants assume full responsibility for their vehicles and any damages caused. 12. Photography & Marketing Release By participating in the event, vendors grant permission for photographs and videos of their booth, products, staff, and displays to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. 13. Event Management Rights Event organizers reserve the right to modify event layouts, vendor assignments, schedules, and operational procedures as necessary. Failure to comply with event rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. 14. Acceptance of Terms By submitting an application and participating in the event, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
