**FarleyCon 2027 Attendee Terms & Conditions**
By purchasing, receiving, or using a ticket or admission credential to FarleyCon Pop Culture & Comic Book Expo (“FarleyCon” or the “Event”), the attendee agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
**1. Admission**
1.1 A valid FarleyCon ticket or credential is required for admission. Tickets may be scanned, exchanged for a wristband or badge, or otherwise verified at the entrance.
1.2 FarleyCon reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who violates these Terms & Conditions, Event policies, venue rules, or applicable laws.
1.3 Attendees removed for misconduct or violation of Event policies are not entitled to a refund.
**2. Ticket Sales & Refunds**
2.1 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specifically stated by FarleyCon.
2.2 Tickets are valid only for the date, admission type, and Event for which they were purchased.
2.3 Failure to attend the Event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or credit.
2.4 FarleyCon is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or improperly transferred tickets or credentials.
**3. Guests, Programming & Schedule Changes**
3.1 All celebrity guests, artists, creators, vendors, panels, activities, and programming are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
3.2 The cancellation of a particular guest, panel, vendor, activity, or other scheduled appearance does not constitute cancellation of FarleyCon and does not entitle an attendee to a ticket refund.
3.3 Appearance times, panel schedules, autograph times, and other Event activities may be changed as necessary.
**4. Autographs & Guest Purchases**
4.1 Unless specifically included with a ticket package, admission to FarleyCon does not include autographs, selfies, merchandise, or other purchases from guests or vendors.
4.2 Guests and their representatives establish their own autograph, selfie, merchandise, and other appearance-related prices unless otherwise stated.
4.3 FarleyCon cannot guarantee that every attendee will be able to meet a particular guest or obtain an autograph, selfie, or other item.
**5. Attendee Conduct**
5.1 FarleyCon is intended to provide an enjoyable environment for attendees, guests, vendors, staff, and volunteers.
5.2 Harassment, threats, fighting, stalking, intimidation, excessive disruption, unwanted physical contact, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
5.3 Attendees must follow reasonable instructions provided by FarleyCon staff, security personnel, venue personnel, and law enforcement.
5.4 FarleyCon reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct creates a safety concern, interferes with the Event, disrupts another person's participation, or otherwise violates Event policies.
5.5 Any attendee removed from the Event for misconduct or violation of Event or venue policies will not receive a refund.
**6. Costumes, Props & Weapons**
6.1 Costumes and cosplay are welcome, provided they comply with FarleyCon policies, venue requirements, and applicable law.
6.2 Props may be inspected by Event staff or security.
6.3 FarleyCon reserves the right to prohibit any costume, prop, replica weapon, or other item that Event Management or venue security determines may present a safety concern.
6.4 Possession of an admission ticket does not override venue policies or applicable laws regarding prohibited items or weapons.
**7. Photography & Recording**
7.1 Photography and video recording may take place throughout FarleyCon.
7.2 By entering the Event, attendees understand that they may appear incidentally in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, or other Event-related media captured in public Event areas.
7.3 FarleyCon may use Event photography and video for promotional, advertising, archival, website, and social media purposes.
7.4 Attendees must respect posted photography restrictions and the wishes of guests, artists, vendors, cosplayers, and other attendees.
7.5 Permission should be obtained before taking posed photographs or recording individuals.
**8. Personal Property**
8.1 Attendees are responsible for their own personal property.
8.2 FarleyCon and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings to the extent permitted by law.
8.3 Any lost-and-found procedures offered during the Event are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee recovery of an item.
**9. Purchases From Vendors & Exhibitors**
9.1 Vendors, artists, and exhibitors participating in FarleyCon are independent businesses or individuals.
9.2 Unless FarleyCon is the direct seller, FarleyCon is not a party to transactions between attendees and vendors, artists, exhibitors, or other third-party sellers.
9.3 Questions or disputes concerning merchandise, refunds, exchanges, authenticity, warranties, or other purchases must be addressed directly with the seller.
9.4 FarleyCon is not responsible for merchandise purchased from independent vendors, artists, exhibitors, or other third-party sellers.
**10. Assumption of Risk**
10.1 Attendance at a large public event involves ordinary risks associated with crowds, lines, walking, physical activity, costumes, displays, equipment, and interaction with other members of the public.
10.2 By attending FarleyCon, attendees voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with participation in the Event.
10.3 Attendees are responsible for determining whether they are able to safely participate in any Event activity.
**11. Limitation of Liability**
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FarleyCon, its organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, sponsors, and affiliates will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
**12. Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation**
12.1 FarleyCon reserves the right to modify Event hours, programming, layout, policies, activities, guest appearances, schedules, or other Event details when reasonably necessary.
12.2 If the entire Event is postponed or canceled, FarleyCon will announce the applicable ticket policy for that situation.
12.3 FarleyCon is not responsible for an attendee's travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, or other expenses associated with attending the Event.
12.4 Changes or cancellations involving individual guests, vendors, panels, activities, attractions, or programming do not constitute cancellation of the Event and do not entitle attendees to refunds.
**13. Minors**
13.1 Parents and guardians are responsible for minors attending FarleyCon under their supervision.
13.2 FarleyCon does not assume responsibility for supervising minors at the Event.
13.3 Children and minors must comply with the same Event and venue rules applicable to other attendees.
**14. Accessibility**
14.1 FarleyCon strives to provide an accessible and welcoming experience for attendees.
14.2 Attendees requiring reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact FarleyCon in advance when possible so that available accommodations can be discussed.
**15. Venue Rules**
15.1 All attendees are subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of the Event venue in addition to FarleyCon policies.
15.2 Attendees must comply with instructions from venue personnel, security, emergency personnel, law enforcement, and FarleyCon Event Management.
15.3 If a venue rule conflicts with an Event policy regarding safety, security, prohibited items, or venue operations, the applicable venue requirement may control.
**16. Changes to These Terms**
16.1 FarleyCon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.
16.2 The version applicable to the Event will be made available through FarleyCon's official website, ticketing platform, or other official Event communications.
**17. Acceptance of Terms**
17.1 By purchasing, receiving, accepting, or using a FarleyCon ticket or credential and entering the Event, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
17.2 The purchase or use of a FarleyCon ticket constitutes acceptance of all applicable FarleyCon policies and venue rules.
