Calling vendors of all things FANDOM! We are looking to fill our food truck spaces at this year's Fandom Fest.
EVENT GUIDELINES: Please read thoroughly!
If menu items can play off of the fandom theme of the event, that would be fantastic!
1. Items & Food being sold must be handmade and prepared by you or your direct employees. Your booth will be inspected for compliance by event staff and other participating vendors; violators may be ejected on the spot.
2. Booth spaces are approximately 400 sq ft. (roughly 2 parking spaces).
a. If your setup requires more than this allotted amount of space, you will be charged for the appropriate number of spaces needed to accommodate your entire setup.
3. Display, equipment, and other belongings may not exceed your rented space.
a. Please note, you may be required to obtain a permit from the Pennsylvania Municipal Code Agency (PMCA) if your booth is a tent over 200 sq feet in size.
4. Each vendor MUST have a current and valid Pennsylvania sales tax license if applicable, and is responsible for collecting and remitting PA sales tax. Please visit https://www.revenue.pa.gov/ for information regarding sales tax.
5. Vendors selling food must obtain the appropriate current license Food Health License from the Borough of Chambersburg health department or PA Department of Agriculture. A Food Health License application needs to be submitted prior to the event to the Borough of Chambersburg. To obtain an application contact Irene Sosa 717-251-2465 or isosa@chambersburgpa.gov
6. The street opens for vendors at 6 am. Traffic is still moving on the street downtown until 8 am.
a. Inspections will start a little after 8, you must be ready by no later than 9
7. The event will be held rain or shine; space fees are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend after being accepted, contact the office immediately. A “no call/no show” for this event will jeopardize future participation.
8. Only items included on the submitted application or attached menu can be sold.

10. Acceptance into this event is not guaranteed from year to year, neither is space assignment.
11. NO WATER HOOKUPS ARE AVAILABLE!
12. Electricity availability is limited based on wattage needed and location of the transformer.
13. Vendors are responsible for ALL trash removal. No exceptions.
14. All vendors must be cleaned up no later than 5:30pm

While we put priority on handmade items at all of our downtown events, this particular event is unique and we encourage vendors who retail collectible items as well.

1. Items being sold should be quality handmade items/art made by the individual applying for booth space. Vintage, antique, and collectible vendors will be considered, but preference will be made for hand crafted items.
2. NO AI Artwork – if there is question of the imagery origin, proof may be requested before approval
3. If your craft is edible (mustard, soup mix, baked goods), do not use this form. Please use the edible craft application
4. Display, inventory, and other belongings may not exceed your rented booth space.
5. Do not store or display merchandise on sidewalks, streets or in doorways.
