We’re so excited to welcome you to the happiest place in Arizona! To help you arrive smoothly and stress-free, please review the following parking details: General Parking Free parking is available at Goodyear Ballpark in the designated guest lots. Parking attendants will be on-site to direct you to available spaces. Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions upon arrival.?️ Vendor Parking Vendors will receive a separate email with specific parking and loading instructions. Please display your vendor pass on your dashboard for access to vendor areas. Helpful Tips Arrive early to avoid crowds and secure the best parking. Be mindful of families with strollers and little ones while driving through the lots. Please lock your vehicles and keep valuables out of sight — Fairytale Finds Market is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We can’t wait to see you at the market — where every parking spot is just a few steps away from magic! ??

Health & safety

The safety of our guests, vendors, and magical crew is our top priority. To ensure a fun and secure experience for all, please review and follow our Health & Safety Guidelines: Cleanliness & Hygiene Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue. Vendors are required to keep booths clean and regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces. Guests are encouraged to wash or sanitize hands frequently. Illness Policy If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell or has been exposed to a contagious illness, please stay home and prioritize your health and the well-being of others. Emergency Services First aid services will be available on-site. In case of emergency, please locate the nearest staff member or security personnel. Security & Safety Our event is monitored by a professional security team for everyone’s safety. All guests are subject to bag checks upon entry. Please report any suspicious activity to event staff immediately. ☀️ Weather Preparedness The market is outdoors and operates rain or shine. Dress appropriately for Arizona spring weather and stay hydrated! ?‍?‍?‍? Family Friendly Policies Keep a close eye on your little ones—this is a family event, and we want all our fairytale friends to stay safe. Vendor Fees:

Standard Booth (10x10): $125
Food Trucks: $175
Additional Booth Space: +$75 (limited availability)

Merchandise Requirements:

All vendors are required to sell at least 70% Disney or fairytale-inspired merchandise.
We are a themed event, and consistency is key to the magic!
Food vendors must plan a themed menu — think fun names, Disney-inspired treats, or character flair!

Vendor Perks:

Each vendor will receive a custom Fairytale Finds lanyard for the event.
