We’re so excited you’re interested in being part of the Fairytale Finds Market — the happiest market in Arizona!
This one-day event will take place from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and we are curating a truly magical experience for guests with over 200+ enchanting vendors.
Vendor Fees:Standard Booth (10x10): $125
Food Trucks: $175
Additional Booth Space: +$75 (limited availability)
All vendors are required to sell at least 70% Disney or fairytale-inspired merchandise.
We are a themed event, and consistency is key to the magic!
Food vendors must plan a themed menu — think fun names, Disney-inspired treats, or character flair!
Each vendor will receive a custom Fairytale Finds lanyard for the event.
Need help with setup or tear down? We partner with Many Hands to offer support — just let us know in advance!

Terms & Conditions
By applying and submitting payment to participate in the Fairytale Finds Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment PolicyAll vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or failure to meet event requirements.
Vendors are required to sell at least 70% Disney or fairytale-inspired merchandise.
Food vendors must provide a themed menu to align with the immersive experience of the market.
This is a one-day event, taking place from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Full-day participation is required. Early breakdowns are not permitted.
Each vendor will receive a custom lanyard for the event.
Optional setup and tear-down assistance is available through our Many Hands partnership — please indicate interest ahead of time.

At Fairytale Finds Market, we are committed to creating a positive, supportive, and family-friendly environment for all attendees, vendors, and staff.
By participating in this event, you agree to:
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times, both in person and online.
Refrain from making any negative, false, or disparaging statements—verbally, in writing, or on social media—about the Fairytale Finds Market, its organizers, vendors, venue partners, or attendees.
Handle any concerns or issues directly and respectfully with event management.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for negativity, bullying, or unkind behavior. Vendors who violate this clause may be removed from the event without refund and may not be invited to participate in future markets.
Let’s all do our part to keep the magic alive and create a space that uplifts and inspires! ✨
Vendors who fail to comply with event guidelines or attempt to transfer/sell their booth without approval may be removed from current and future events.
