We’re so excited you’re interested in being part of the Fairytale Finds Market — the happiest market in Arizona! 

This one-day event will take place from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and we are curating a truly magical experience for guests with over 200+ enchanting vendors.

 Vendor Fees:

• Standard Booth (10x10): $250

• Food Trucks: $250

• Additional Booth Space: +$125 (limited availability)

By accepting your spot and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the updated pricing for this event. Vendors who do not wish to proceed due to the price increase must notify us in writing no later than January 31st at 11:59 PM (MST) to be eligible for a refund.

Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, as vendor placement, marketing, and event logistics will have already been finalized. Failure to notify us by the stated deadline will be considered acceptance of the updated price and commitment to participate in the event.

 Merchandise Requirements:

• All vendors are required to sell at least 70% Disney or fairytale-inspired merchandise.

• We are a themed event, and consistency is key to the magic!

• Food vendors must plan a themed menu — think fun names, Disney-inspired treats, or character flair!

 Vendor Perks:

• Each vendor will receive a custom Fairytale Finds lanyard for the event.

By applying and submitting payment to participate in the Fairytale Finds Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy

• All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or failure to meet event requirements.

 Booth Requirements

• Vendors are required to sell at least 70% Disney or fairytale-inspired merchandise.

• Food vendors must provide a themed menu to align with the immersive experience of the market.

 Event Details

• This is a one-day event, taking place from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Full-day participation is required. Early breakdowns are not permitted.

 Perks & Assistance

• Each vendor will receive a custom lanyard for the event.

   

     

   

• Non-Disparagement & Positive Attitude Clause

  At Fairytale Finds Market, we are committed to creating a positive, supportive, and family-friendly environment for all attendees, vendors, and staff.

  By participating in this event, you agree to:

  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times, both in person and online.

  • Refrain from making any negative, false, or disparaging statements—verbally, in writing, or on social media—about the Fairytale Finds Market, its organizers, vendors, venue partners, or attendees.

  • Handle any concerns or issues directly and respectfully with event management.

  We have a zero-tolerance policy for negativity, bullying, or unkind behavior. Vendors who violate this clause may be removed from the event without refund and may not be invited to participate in future markets.

  Booth Sharing Policy

   

  Booth sharing is permitted on a case-by-case basis. Both vendors must submit separate applications and be fully approved in order to be considered for a shared booth. Approval is not guaranteed.

All booth-sharing requests will be evaluated based on product categories, overall market balance, and event guidelines. Final determination of whether booth sharing is allowed is at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

If booth sharing is approved, both vendors are equally responsible for adhering to all market rules, policies, and expectations.

 Violation of Terms

• Vendors who fail to comply with event guidelines or attempt to transfer/sell their booth without approval may be removed from current and future events.
