By submitting a sponsorship application with Fairytale Finds Market (“Event”), you (“Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsorship Eligibility
• All sponsorships are subject to approval by the Event organizers.
• Sponsorships are intended for businesses, organizations, or entities seeking marketing visibility and are not considered vendor booth applications.
• The Event reserves the right to decline any sponsorship that does not align with our brand, values, or family-friendly environment.

2. Payment & Fees
• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once accepted, unless the Event cancels.
• Payment must be made in full within the specified deadline to secure placement and benefits.
• Failure to make payment may result in forfeiture of the sponsorship spot.

3. Sponsorship Benefits
• Benefits outlined in each sponsorship tier (visibility, booth placement, marketing features, etc.) are guaranteed as described, unless noted otherwise.
• The Event reserves the right to make adjustments for logistical or operational reasons while maintaining equivalent value to the Sponsor.

4. Booth Setup & Operations (If Applicable)
• Some sponsorship tiers include booth space. Sponsors must adhere to all booth setup rules, load-in/out schedules, and placement outlined by the Event.
• Booths must remain open and staffed during operating hours unless otherwise approved.
• Sponsor is responsible for providing their own equipment unless specified in their sponsorship package.

5. Marketing Materials
• Sponsors must provide logos, graphics, and promotional materials by the stated deadlines.
• All submitted materials must be owned by the Sponsor or legally licensed for use.
• The Event may use Sponsor materials in advertising, social media, websites, signage, and event collateral.

6. Conduct & Brand Alignment
• Sponsor agrees to maintain professional and family-friendly conduct at all times.
• Materials, displays, or products deemed inappropriate or unsafe may be removed at the discretion of Event staff.
• Sponsor must comply with all rules, regulations, venue policies, and local laws.

7. Liability & Insurance
• Sponsors participate at their own risk.
• The Event and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
• Certain tiers or activities may require proof of liability insurance; Sponsors will be notified if applicable.

8. Event Changes & Weather Policy
• The Event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe.
• The Event reserves the right to modify layout, schedule, programming, or operations as needed.
• No refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions or changes.

9. Termination of Sponsorship
• The Event reserves the right to revoke Sponsor participation if terms are violated, content is misrepresented, or behavior is deemed harmful or unsafe.
• No refunds will be issued if participation is revoked due to Sponsor misconduct or breach of terms.
