Fairytale After Dark — Vendor Application Description
Fairytale After Dark is a curated evening market experience bringing together unique small businesses, artisans, makers, food vendors, and creatives for a magical night under the lights. This after-hours edition of our Fairytale events blends whimsical atmosphere, elevated shopping, live entertainment, and a community-focused experience designed for families and adults alike.
We carefully curate our vendor lineup to ensure a balanced mix of products, minimal category overlap, and an enjoyable experience for both shoppers and vendors. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, as space is limited and selections are made based on overall event fit.
By applying, vendors acknowledge that:
This is a juried event
All vendor fees are non-refundable
Event transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis
Sales and attendance are not guaranteed
Vendors agree to event rules, safety guidelines, and brand standards
Fairytale After Dark is designed to be immersive, visually beautiful, and thoughtfully organized. Vendors are expected to maintain a professional presentation, follow all setup and safety guidelines, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Power & Generator Policy (10x10 Vendors – Non-Food)
Gas-powered generators are strictly prohibited for all 10x10 vendor booths that are not selling food.
Fairytale After Dark does not provide power to vendor booths.
Vendors requiring electricity must plan to use battery-powered lighting or equipment or other approved silent electric solutions.
This policy is in place to preserve guest safety, reduce noise, and maintain the ambiance of the event.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal of the generator and/or removal from the event without refund.
We encourage vendors who value community, creativity, and collaboration to apply. Our goal is to create an unforgettable night market where small businesses can shine and guests can experience a little magic after dark
Food vendors at the Fairytale Bookish Market are thoughtfully curated to complement the immersive, literary-inspired atmosphere of the event. Menus should feel intentional, cohesive, and on-theme, with offerings that align with a bookish, fairytale, or whimsical aesthetic.
We are seeking vendors who can provide curated menus—whether through themed item names, elevated presentation, or unique concepts that enhance the guest experience. Simple, generic menus may not be accepted for this event. Creativity, storytelling, and visual appeal are highly encouraged.
All food vendors must hold current and valid permits, licenses, and health department approvals required by local and county regulations. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment and maintaining a clean, professional, and guest-ready setup throughout the event.
Vendor acceptance is based on menu balance, originality, visual presentation, and overall fit with the Fairytale Bookish Market experience. Vendor fees are non-refundable, and participation does not guarantee sales.
