Fairytale After Dark By purchasing a ticket to Fairytale After Dark, you (“Attendee”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Ticketing & Entry All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. Event details (including date, time, location, vendors, entertainment, and alcohol availability) are subject to change without notice. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for safety, security, or conduct reasons without refund. Photography, Video & Media Release By entering the event, you grant Fairytale After Dark, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record you and your likeness. Images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, and commercial purposes in any medium. You waive any right to compensation, approval, or ownership of such media. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should avoid camera areas where reasonably possible. Assumption of Risk Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. Outdoor evening events may include uneven surfaces, low lighting, weather conditions, crowds, alcohol service, and other inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. Release of Liability You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Fairytale After Dark, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, vendors, venue owners, sponsors, alcohol service providers, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your attendance. This includes claims related to accidents, injuries, illness, intoxication, theft, or loss of personal property. Alcohol Service & Consumption Alcohol is available only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo identification. No outside alcohol is permitted. Alcohol service is subject to Arizona state and local laws and may be limited or discontinued at the discretion of event organizers or licensed vendors. Attendees agree to consume alcohol responsibly. Fairytale After Dark, its organizers, and alcohol vendors are not responsible for the actions of intoxicated individuals. Any guest appearing visibly intoxicated may be refused service or removed from the event without refund. Attendees assume full responsibility for their actions, transportation, and safety after consuming alcohol. Do not drink and drive — rideshare services and designated drivers are strongly encouraged. Minors This is a family-friendly event; however, alcohol service areas may be restricted. Children must be supervised at all times. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for minors attending. Photography and media consent applies equally to minors accompanied by a legal guardian. Food & Vendor Disclaimer Fairytale After Dark is not responsible for food preparation, ingredients, allergens, or vendor products. Attendees must verify ingredients and allergy information directly with vendors. Weather, Cancellations & Force Majeure The event takes place rain or shine unless otherwise stated. Fairytale After Dark is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, acts of God, government action, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. ? Prohibited Conduct & Items Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Weapons, illegal substances, and prohibited items are not allowed. Event staff reserve the right to inspect bags or personal items for safety purposes. Rules & Compliance Attendees must comply with all posted rules, signage, and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. ⚖️ Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
