Join us on July 26th at the Lawrenceville Lawn for an evening dedicated to celebrating and enjoying the Arts! Live Entertainment: Join Atlanta's finest talent for a free, one-night cabaret performance on the lawn, bringing a fresh twist to your favorite show-stopping Broadway tunes with “Aurora Theatre All-Stars”. Whether you're a seasoned fan or new to the magic of musicals, this event promises an unforgettable evening under the stars with the all-stars. You can also witness the mesmerizing artistry of glassblowing with live demonstrations by Cavalry Glassblowing Studio, pottery and musical theatre performed by the School of the Arts students, aerialists, caricature artists, dancers, and more! The Local Art Community: Explore our artist alley, featuring curated collections that showcase the boundless creativity of our community through diverse styles and mediums. Shop for unique treasures and handcrafted goods from local artisans at our artisan vendor stalls. Find one-of-a-kind pieces to decorate your home or gift to loved ones and support the local arts scene. Check out paintings from 6 School of the Arts students painted at our Beats on the Streets series. Evening of the Arts is looking for small business vendors who specialize in clothing, home décor, jewelry, soap, candles, digital art, sculptures, paintings, art prints, photos, hand-made items, and embroidery. This application is open to businesses offering original, handmade items like fine art, decorative pieces, and artisanal products. Small business owners providing goods and services on the event day, such as candle makers or custom clothing creators, essential oils, charm bracelets, and painting crafts, are also invited.  

***This application does not apply to individuals who work for large companies that provide services such as insurance, gutter cleaning services, lessons/tutoring, etc.  

Evening of the Arts is one of three major events for the City of Lawrenceville, hosted at the Lawrenceville Lawn. This event is from 4 PM to 9 PM. However, vendor check-in is from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public by 3:45 PM. Application approvals for this event will take place throughout June and July. Additional load-in information will be emailed on the Monday before the event.  

  • Evening of the Arts features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event. Please note that we limit competing products at our events. 

 

Evening of the Arts is looking to interest local businesses, organizations, and community members in a booth space to share the arts at the Lawrenceville Lawn. All participants will be provided a 10 x 10 booth space but must provide their own tent, table, chairs, and any additional art supplies. We want to provide our event participants with a variety of free art experiences. We will likely not accept multiples of the same activity.

 This application is for interested parties who want to offer an interactive activity at their booth. Guests will need to participate in some kind of activity, art project, etc.  We want our community members to feel drawn toward your booth in a fun and positive way, thus creating a positive connection between your business/organization and our community. By choosing to host an activity booth, you have the opportunity to spend more time with each guest and really allow the connection to foster and grow.  This event is from 4 PM to 9 PM. However, vendors will be loading between 2:00 PM and  3:00 PM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 4:00 PM. Application approvals for this event will take place throughout June and July. Additional load-in information will be sent via email on the Monday before the event.  Evening of the Arts features live music and entertainment throughout, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event.

Evening of the Arts is seeking food vendors for all to enjoy as they experience live performances on the Lawrenceville Lawn stage.  This event is from 4:00 PM - 9 PM; however, vendors will be loading in from 2:00-3:00 PM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 4:00 PM.  Application approvals for this event will occur between June and July. If your application is approved, you will be charged during those dates. Additional load-in information will be emailed on the Monday before the event.  This event features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event.  If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and wait for our Event Coordinators ' approval.
