Parking instructions
We strongly encourage attendees to utilize public transportation, biking, and walking whenever possible. The Downtown Littleton Light Rail Station is located directly adjacent to the event and is one of the easiest ways to access the Block Party without dealing with traffic or parking. The main RTD parking lot at the station will also be available for event parking. We also encourage guests to bike to the event. A free bike, scooter and stroller valet will be available on site so you can securely park your belongings while you enjoy the festivities. Several nearby neighborhoods are even organizing group rides, or “bike buses,” to help families and groups travel together safely and conveniently. For those driving to the event, recommended public parking locations include: The City Building lot on 2255 W Berry Ave Arapahoe Community College parking lots The main RTD parking lot at the Downtown Littleton Light Rail Station Parking lots at Littleton Courthouse, Buck Recreation Center, and Art Depot on S. Court Place. Please note that volunteers, exhibitors/vendors, performers, and band members will receive separate parking instructions specific to their roles. Accessible Parking Accessible parking will be available in the RTD overflow lot behind Ned Kelly’s. Spaces are limited and reserved for guests with valid ADA placards or plates. If you anticipate needing accessible parking, please reach out in advance so we can help coordinate accommodations and provide location details. Street Closures & Barricades For everyone’s safety, please do not drive around barricades or attempt to enter closed streets to access parking lots or street parking within the event footprint. Residents and employees within the closure area will still be able to access their typical parking areas through designated access points. If you have any questions before the event, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the event safe, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.

Health & safety
The Downtown Littleton Block Party is designed to be a fun, safe, and welcoming community event for all ages. Please help us keep the event enjoyable for everyone by following these guidelines: Please stay hydrated and dress appropriately for changing Colorado weather conditions. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in busy areas, near inflatables, and during the fireworks display. Be mindful of bicycles, pedestrians, vendors, and performers throughout the event footprint. Because of crowds, loud music, stilt walkers and fireworks, this is not an appropriate event for dogs - please leave them at home (except for service animals). Follow all instructions from event staff, volunteers, security personnel, and emergency responders. No outside alcohol is permitted within the event boundaries. Please do not move barricades, cones, fencing, or event equipment. Guests should use caution around amplified music, lighting effects, and fireworks, particularly those with sensitivities to loud noises or flashing lights. In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow directions from staff and public safety officials. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that participation is at their own risk. Thank you for helping us create a safe and positive experience for the entire community.

The Downtown Littleton Block Party is a high-volume community event with an estimated 14,000–20,000 attendees. Food vendors will be placed across a multi-block footprint with multiple stages and high traffic throughout the evening.

We’re looking for a great mix of options (sweet + savory, quick-serve, unique concepts, and crowd favorites).  We curate a balanced food lineup to support both guest experience and vendor sales, and we may limit the number of vendors in overlapping categories.

If approved, you’ll receive confirmation and detailed setup/load-in instructions closer to the event.

Thank you for helping make the Downtown Littleton Block Party possible! This event is powered by community volunteers who help welcome guests, support performers, assist vendors, and keep the event running smoothly. This application is for general volunteers (NOT alcohol pourers - that is a different form you will receive from your organization liaison). General volunteers will be assigned to a specific task during a portion of the event. You will be assigned to a lead volunteer who will support you in executing your task successfully. You will receive confirmation of what your task is, how/when to check in, and who your Volunteer Section Lead is by the end of May. Depending on the department to which you are assigned, you may receive additional training and information in the time leading up to the event. We deeply appreciate the volunteers who step into these roles and help make the Block Party a welcoming, organized, and fun experience for everyone. You will receive a few thank-you perks and volunteer hospitality to recognize your time and support, including a free T-shirt to wear during your volunteer shift.
