About the event

The Downtown Littleton Block Party is an annual signature event featuring over 100 vendor booths, 30 food vendors, 5 entertainment stages with live music and a kids & family friendly zone, and fireworks at 9pm.

About the application

Thank you for helping make the Downtown Littleton Block Party possible! This event is powered by community volunteers who help welcome guests, support performers, assist vendors, and keep the event running smoothly. This application is for TIPS-certified Alcohol Pouring Volunteers (NOT general volunteers - that is a different form). You will be assigned to a specific booth during a portion of the event. You will be assigned to a lead volunteer who will support you in executing your task successfully. You will receive confirmation of what your task is, how/when to check in, and who your Volunteer Section Lead is by the end of May. You will receive additional training in advance of the event, including an opportunity to obtain TIPS certification if you do not already have it. We deeply appreciate the volunteers who step into these roles and help make the Block Party a welcoming, organized, and fun experience for everyone. You will receive a few thank-you perks and volunteer hospitality to recognize your time and support, including a free T-shirt to wear during your volunteer shift.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to serve as a Volunteer for the Downtown Littleton Block Party. Volunteers are expected to arrive on time, remain in their assigned area for the duration of their shift, follow directions from event staff, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests, vendors, and volunteers. Volunteers are expected to refrain from alcohol consumption before and during their volunteer shifts. Volunteers may be reassigned as needed based on event operations. Event organizers reserve the right to remove volunteers from their role if necessary for safety or conduct reasons. Participation is voluntary and may involve standing, walking, lifting light materials, and working outdoors. By volunteering, you acknowledge these conditions and release the event organizers and partners from liability except in cases of gross negligence. Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By submitting this application, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
