This summer, Kansas City takes the global stage — and the Crossroads Arts District is ready to welcome the world.

During the city’s international fútbol festivities, the Crossroads Community Association and Art Garden KC are partnering to transform the neighborhood into a vibrant, walkable, open-air celebration of Kansas City’s creative culture.

For five consecutive weekends, the Crossroads Night Market will bring the district to life with local art, music, food, performances, galleries, and immersive street market energy — creating an unforgettable experience for both visitors and locals alike.

Located just north of the National World War I Museum and Memorial and the official Fan Festival, this large-scale activation offers artists and makers a unique opportunity to showcase their work during one of the biggest tourism moments in Kansas City history.

We know summer schedules can be busy, and we want this event to feel exciting and accessible for vendors of all sizes.

📍 Market Locations
Multiple locations throughout the Crossroads Arts District:

• 18th & Baltimore (next to The Bauer) - Canopy Vendors & Alley Spaces (Must Reserve Space)
• 19th & Baltimore (behind Up-Down) - Canopy Vendors Only (Must Reserve Space)
• Mural Alley @ 18th & Locust (behind King G’s) - Day Of Alley Spaces (First Come, First Serve)
  
  Additional activations, performances, and neighborhood partners will be participating throughout the district.

 
📅 Market Schedule (5 Weekends Total)
Vendors may apply for one or multiple weekends.

Weekend 1 — June 12–14
Weekend 2 — June 19–21
Weekend 3 — June 26–28
Weekend 4 — July 3–5
Weekend 5 — July 10–12

 
⏰ Market Hours
Friday: 5 PM – 11 PM (load-in between 3pm-4:30pm)
Saturday: 12 PM – 11 PM (music/programming starts at Noon - vendors can setup anytime between 12pm-4pm)
Sunday: 12 PM – 11 PM (music/programming starts at Noon - vendors can setup anytime between 12pm-4pm)

Peak attendance is expected during evening hours.

Vendors needing adjusted hours or early departure accommodations are welcome to reach out to our team ahead of time.

 
💸 Booth Fees (Weekend Rates)
All spaces are curated. Vendors may apply for one or multiple weekends.

If approved, your space will remain reserved for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday).

10x10 Canopy Space
$300 per weekend + processing fee

Alley Tabling Space (10x5 ft)
$150 per weekend + processing fee

Day-Of Alley Space @ 18th & Locust -  MURAL ALLEY ONLY
$50 per day (these 10ft x 5ft table spaces are first come, first serve - no need to apply - $50 charged onsite via cash, venmo or cashapp)

Booth fees help support:

  Payment Plans: Choose to pay all at once or week-to-week. If paying week-to-week, we will schedule your payment to charge on the Monday of the week you are approved for.

  To support the regional creative economy, applicants must live within 100 miles of Kansas City.

Important Notice
Art Garden KC vendor applications are hosted ONLY through Eventeny.com.

Please be aware of scams or impersonators claiming to sell vendor spots.

☔ Weather & Refund Policy
Crossroads Night Market is a large-scale outdoor event operating rain or shine.

Because booth fees directly support event production costs including staffing, marketing, musicians, district activations and other event operations; refunds or credits cannot be issued for weather interruptions, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances once a vendor’s weekend has been confirmed.

If you need to cancel your full weekend reservation, cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled Friday are eligible for a full refund or cancellation of any scheduled payment that has not yet been processed.

No penalties will be issued for vendors unable to attend an individual day within their reserved weekend, and vendors are welcome to coordinate booth sharing or coverage with another approved local vendor.
