Please Note: Vendors must fully tear down each night.
Booth Fees (Weekend Rates)
All spaces are curated. Vendors may apply for one or multiple weekends.
If approved, your space will be reserved for all three days of your selected weekend.
10x10 Canopy Space
$300 per weekend + 7.6% processing fee
Alley Tabling Space (10x5 ft)
$150 per weekend + 7.6% processing fee
Vendor Eligibility
Applications are open to handcrafted artisans, fine artists, cottage food vendors and art-related services (henna, face/body painters, caricature artists, etc.).
We love supporting our local bakers and small-batch makers! 🧁
Cottage food vendors (home-produced, shelf-stable goods) are welcome at select events. Just be sure your items are properly labeled and meet Missouri Cottage Food Law guidelines.
To support the regional creative economy, all applicants must live within 100 miles of Kansas City.

- Variety within the overall market
10x10 Canopy Spaces
Vendors must provide their own:
10x10 canopy
20–30 lb weights per leg (required)
Tables, chairs, tablecloths
Displays
Battery-operated lighting
Alley Tabling Spaces (10 ft x 5 ft)
Open to all handcrafted vendors (including newer vendors)
No full canopy setups allowed (unless temporarily needed for rain)
Table Vendors must bring:
6ft or 8ft Table

We strongly encourage early applications, as spaces are limited and curated on a rolling basis.
Important Booking Notes
- Vendors may sign up for one weekend or multiple weekends
- Approved vendors will be assigned a consistent space for their full weekend (Fri–Sun)
- No refunds will be issued for missed individual days
- No penalties for missing a day, but your space remains reserved
If you need to cancel your entire weekend, you must do so at least 7 days prior to receive a full refund.
Due to operational costs, marketing, and large-scale event production:
No refunds or credits will be issued for weather cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances.
Vendor Flexibility Option
We understand summer schedules can be busy!
If you’re unable to attend one of your scheduled days, you are welcome to internally offer your space to another artist or maker, as long as they meet our vendor requirements.

Logistics & Parking
- Vendors must load in during designated time windows.
Exceptions can be made for Art On Walnut Vendors for Sunday event days and MUST be requested and approved (after application approval message us via Eventeny to request a later set-up time) - Streets will close prior to market hours; no vehicle access after closures
- Vendors must use public parking
Some limited vendor parking may be provided (details shared closer to event).
We strongly recommend bringing:
- A cart or wagon
- Extra helpers for load-in/load-out
Vendor Communication
All approved vendors will receive a Vendor Instructions Email prior to their scheduled weekend, including:
- Booth location & map
- Load-in details
- Event reminders
- Weather updates
Live Art Encouraged 🎨
Shoppers love engaging with artists creating work in real time!
We highly encourage live painting, sculpting, and interactive creative processes at your booth.
