Common Ground Car Show & Block Party

Hey everyone my name is Sydney and I am the founder of Legacy Lives group. This group partners with Delmar Main Street to host community events that build connections across the Delmar Divide. I am inviting you to apply to be at the first of many Common Ground Car Show and Block Party. The event is outdoors on August 8th from 4pm-9pm. The street will be blocked off on Delmar between Walton and Taylor (we will have security). I am inviting people from all of the city, and with your help we can pack the street with hundreds of people. My vision is to bring more visibility and dollars coming to you and your businesses. This is the application for individuals wishing to showcase their cars in the Common Ground Community Car Show on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 from 4pm - 9pm at 4631 Delmar Blvd. Whether you have Classic, custom, muscle, 4x4s, or motorcycles, you are welcome to submit a form to participate and compete.

This is a FRIENDLY COMPETITION judging will based on low stakes criteria in the following categories

  ✨ Best Paint    

Cars bring people from all backgrounds together; cars are also a staple in the history of Collier Brothers Auto Body, a legacy Black business in the City of St. Louis. You will be competing for first place in your division, so bring the clean, customized, eye-catching detail to win first place.
