Vendor Village Appplication

Hey everyone my name is Sydney and I am the founder of Legacy Lives group. This group partners with Delmar Main Street to host community events that build connections across the Delmar Divide. I am inviting you to apply to be at the first of many Common Ground Car Show and Block Party. The event is outdoors on August 8th from 4pm-9pm. The street will be blocked off on Delmar between Walton and Taylor (we will have security). I am inviting people from all of the city, and with your help we can pack the street with hundreds of people. My vision is to bring more visibility and dollars coming to you and your businesses. For this event I am looking for desert items, health and wellness, community resources, clothing, art, custom jewlery, and whatever else you have to meet the needs of the people. 

Food Trucks will bring a small variety of cusine from finger foods, vegetarian options and refreshing drinks

Vendors will line both sides of Delmar on the sidewalks between Walton and Taylor; cars will be lined in the middle of the street. Before street blocking vendors can pull up to their spot for unloading, then move their vehicle to 4631 Delmar Blvd. Support will be available for unloading

Breakdown starting at 9 pm
