BBCRA Economic Development Grant Programs

This Program is designed to help facilitate the establishment of new businesses and aid in the expansion of existing businesses within the Boynton Beach CRA Area. The program is designed to provide financial assistance to new and existing businesses in the form of a 50% matching, reimbursable grant intended to reduce the initial costs associated with the design, repair and rehabilitation of buildings or other improvements in accordance with the BBCRA Community Redevelopment Plan. Improvements paid for by the BBCRA must be permanent and stay with the building.

This Program is designed to help facilitate the establishment of new businesses and aid in the expansion of existing businesses with the Boynton Beach CRA Area. The program is designed to provide financial assistance to new and existing businesses in the form of rent reimbursement intended to help businesses during the critical first year of operation in order to effectively promote new businesses within the BBCRA. 

The Commercial Business Relocation Grant Program was created to help eligible businesses relocate and continue operating within Boynton Beach when displacement occurs as a result of redevelopment activities.

This program provides financial assistance to offset eligible relocation expenses, helping businesses minimize disruption, maintain operations, retain employees, and continue serving the community.
