About the application
The Commercial Business Relocation Grant Program was created to help eligible businesses relocate and continue operating within Boynton Beach when displacement occurs as a result of redevelopment activities.
This program provides financial assistance to offset eligible relocation expenses, helping businesses minimize disruption, maintain operations, retain employees, and continue serving the community.

Terms & Conditions
Qualifications To Apply:
- Must be located in a commercial property within the boundaries of the BBCRA area.
- Must demonstrate displacement due to redevelopment activities.
- Must relocate to a commercial property within the BBCRA area or the City of Boynton Beach.
- Must maintain all City utility accounts in good standing.
- Must execute a new commercial lease with a minimum two-year term.
- Must have valid City of Boynton Beach and Palm Beach County Business Tax Receipts.
- Meet the program's financial and credit requirements.
Application Fee Terms & Conditions:
- Accepted Payments for the application fee: Check, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card.
- A credit card is required to submit the vendor application, even if you are not paying with a credit card.
- If paying with a credit card, you will be charged only after the application has been processed and reviewed by BBCRA staff (not at the time of submission)
- If you are NOT paying with a Credit Card, your Credit Card WILL NOT be charged after the application has been processed and reviewed by BBCRA staff
- Cash only accepted in-person.
- Payment via credit card is an option, but will have a 5.9% + $.30 processing fee.
- Deliver or mail checks and money orders (Make out to Boynton Beach CRA) to the below address.

- A statement verifying that applicant is authorized to remove fixtures from the current location and, if applicable, that upon signing the lease for the new location is authorized to install such fixtures at the new location.
