The Organization Vendor is to provide the public information, community service, activity, giveaway,or educational outreach. The booth must support the event's mission and remain appropriate for a family-oriented public setting.

The Buisness or Organization Vendor is approved to provide the public information, community service, activity, giveaway, or educational outreach. The booth must support the event's mission and remain appropriate for a family-oriented public setting.

The Vendor is approved only for the products, services, performance, attraction, demonstration, or activity. Changes require advance written approval from the City.

The Vendor may prepare, sell, serve, sample, or distribute only the food and beverage items approved by the City and listed below or on the attached menu. Prices and the method of service must also be approved.

·    Alcohol sales, service, sampling, or distribution are prohibited unless specifically authorized under a separate written City approval.

·    No glass containers
