Calling all holiday helpers, festive friends, and community supporters! Join us for our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and help make this magical holiday celebration a success! Be part of what makes our community so special! Together, we can create a fun, welcoming, and family-friendly Christmas celebration filled with holiday cheer and lasting memories for everyone to enjoy. Volunteer hours are available! We can't wait to celebrate the season with you!

Terms & Conditions

1. Voluntary participation — The volunteer understands that the role is unpaid and voluntary. 2. Duties and responsibilities — What the volunteer is expected to do and the standards they should follow. 3. Code of conduct — Respectful, professional, and appropriate behavior toward staff, clients, and other volunteers. 4. Attendance and reliability — Expectations around showing up on time and notifying the organization if they cannot attend. 5. Confidentiality — Volunteers must not share private or confidential information they learn through their role. 6. Health and safety — Volunteers must follow safety procedures and report accidents, hazards, or concerns. 7. Safeguarding — Additional rules may apply when working with children, vulnerable adults, or other protected groups. 8. Use of equipment/property — Organization equipment must be used appropriately and returned when requested. 9. Privacy and personal information — How volunteer information is collected, stored, and used. 10. Expenses — Whether the organization reimburses approved travel, meals, supplies, or other expenses. 11. Photography/media — Whether the organization may use photographs or videos of volunteers, usually with appropriate consent. 12. Ending the volunteer arrangement — Either the volunteer or organization can generally end the arrangement, subject to any agreed notice. 13. No employment relationship — The agreement should clarify that volunteering does not automatically create an employment relationship or entitlement to employee benefits.
