By submitting an application to participate in the Holiday Market at The Mill on Etowah, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Application & Payment
Applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Committee.
Payment is due upon acceptance and is non-transferable.
Booth fees cover both event days; partial attendance is not permitted.
The application fee is non-refundable.
Vendor Participation
All vendors must be present and operating during the entirety of the event on both days.
Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.
Only approved vendors and products may be displayed and sold.
No promotional-only or informational booths will be accepted without sponsorship.
Booth Assignments & Setup
Booths are assigned at the sole discretion of the Event Committee.
Vendors are responsible for supplying all booth setup materials (excluding tent), including tables, chairs, displays, and change.
Booth space is limited to 10x10 unless a double space has been purchased.
Vendors may not share, sublet, or transfer booth space to another party.
Booths must be fully set up by 10:30 AM each event day. Vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas by 10:00 AM.
Utilities & Equipment
Electricity and water are not provided.
Vendors must supply their own generators if power is needed.
Water refill stations are available onsite for reusable bottles.
Event Conduct & Safety
This is a family-friendly event. The Event Committee reserves the right to remove any vendor, product, or display that is deemed inappropriate or unprofessional.
Vendors are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
Vendors are responsible for securing their property and merchandise.
Inclement Weather
This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.
Vendors are expected to come prepared for all weather scenarios.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received by November 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the booth fee.
No refunds will be issued after November 1, 2025 or for vendor no-shows.
Violation of Terms
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event without refund and may disqualify the vendor from participating in future events hosted by The Mill on Etowah.
