We're turning Middle Branch Fitness Center into a full-blown wellness wonderland with live workouts, goat yoga, cooking demos, health vendors, and more. Whether you’re a fitness junkie, Zen seeker, or just curious about living your best life — this event has something for everybody. Sweat it out in a group class, chill in a yoga flow, or sample something healthy and delicious from our local vendors. Bring your friends, your family, and your water bottle — and let’s celebrate wellness, Baltimore-style.

Goat Yoga Experience Get ready for the ultimate blend of relaxation and cuteness! Join us for 1 hour of guided outdoor yoga—surrounded by playful, friendly goats—followed by 30 minutes of goat cuddles and photo time. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this fun and low-pressure session is perfect for all fitness levels. Session Includes: 45-60-minute beginner-friendly yoga class 30-45 minutes of goat snuggles, selfies, and socializing A certified instructor and onsite staff to assist throughout Mats available to rent for $5 up to 25 people first come first serve. (or bring your own!) Please Note: Space is limited, and tickets sell fast—secure your spot early!
