Champion Collaboration Interest Form

The Champion Collaboration Program is an invitation-based opportunity offered through the Old Boney Mountain Foundation for Kids. Select winners from the Hot Summer Night International Hot Sauce Competition may be invited to collaborate with the Foundation on product-based fundraising initiatives that support youth programs, scholarships, and life-changing experiences. This form is intended for invited partners to express interest and provide initial information for potential collaboration. Collaborations are designed to be simple, flexible, and aligned with both the partner’s product and the Foundation’s mission. Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. All collaborations are reviewed based on alignment, product fit, and overall opportunity.
