Champion Collaboration Partner Application

The Champion Collaboration Program is an invitation-based opportunity offered through the Old Boney Mountain Foundation for Kids.

Select participants may collaborate with the Foundation on product-based fundraising initiatives that support youth programs, scholarships, and life-changing experiences.

This form is intended for invited partners to provide initial information for potential collaboration.

Collaborations are designed to be simple, flexible, and aligned with both the partner’s product and the Foundation’s mission.

Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. All collaborations are reviewed based on alignment, product fit, and overall opportunity.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that participation in the Champion Collaboration Program is by invitation only and subject to approval by the Old Boney Mountain Foundation for Kids.

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your product, production capabilities, and proposed collaboration structure.

You understand that participation in the program does not affect eligibility to enter future Hot Summer Night competitions, and all entries will continue to be evaluated through a blind judging process.

If selected, collaboration terms including product, contribution structure, and reporting will be agreed upon separately.
