Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair.
This is a family-friendly outdoor community market featuring local adult vendors alongside our Children’s Business Fair, where young entrepreneurs will be showcasing and selling their own products. We are looking for vendors who offer quality products, handmade items, boutique goods, services, family-friendly items, treats, and other market-friendly products.
The adult vendor fee is $25 and must be paid at the time of applying in order for your application to be reviewed. Applications are subject to approval. If your application is not approved, the $25 fee will be refunded and credited back to your original method of payment.
Event Details:
Event Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Breakdown: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Vendors will have one hour to set up before the event begins. All booths should be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM. Breakdown will begin after the event ends at 2:00 PM. Please do not begin packing up early unless approved by the event organizer.
Vendors must bring their own table and chairs for their booth. Vendors are also responsible for bringing their own table coverings, displays, signage, décor, product packaging, and payment methods needed for their booth. Please make sure your setup is neat, safe, and family-friendly.
Vendor spaces are limited and approval is based on event needs, category fit, and availability. We may limit duplicate vendor categories to help create a better experience for all participants.
Additional event details, including parking instructions and any final setup information, will be sent to approved vendors before the event.
