About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair.

This is a family-friendly outdoor community market featuring local adult vendors alongside our Children’s Business Fair, where young entrepreneurs will be showcasing and selling their own products. We are looking for vendors who offer quality products, handmade items, boutique goods, services, family-friendly items, treats, and other market-friendly products.

The adult vendor fee is $25 and must be paid at the time of applying in order for your application to be reviewed. Applications are subject to approval. If your application is not approved, the $25 fee will be refunded and credited back to your original method of payment.

 


Event Details:
Event Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Breakdown: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

 


Vendors will have one hour to set up before the event begins. All booths should be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM. Breakdown will begin after the event ends at 2:00 PM. Please do not begin packing up early unless approved by the event organizer.

Vendors must bring their own table and chairs for their booth. Vendors are also responsible for bringing their own table coverings, displays, signage, décor, product packaging, and payment methods needed for their booth. Please make sure your setup is neat, safe, and family-friendly.

Vendor spaces are limited and approval is based on event needs, category fit, and availability. We may limit duplicate vendor categories to help create a better experience for all participants.

Additional event details, including parking instructions and any final setup information, will be sent to approved vendors before the event.

This December event will have a festive holiday feel, making it a great opportunity for families to shop gifts, enjoy seasonal treats, and support local makers. The event is open to all ages and designed to be welcoming, fun, and community-focused. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, vendors agree to the following terms for the Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair.

 

Vendor approval is not guaranteed. All applications will be reviewed to make sure products and services are a good fit for this family-friendly event.

 

The vendor fee is $25 and must be paid at the time of applying. If your application is not approved, the fee will be refunded and credited back to your original method of payment.


Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, displays, tent/canopy if desired, and any supplies needed for their booth. Booth spaces must remain clean, safe, and family-friendly at all times.

 

Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM. Vendors will have one hour to set up before the event begins. The event runs from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Breakdown will take place after the event ends, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Vendors may not break down early unless approved by event staff.


Vendors are responsible for their own sales, payments, permits, licenses, and any required tax collection. Food vendors must follow all applicable food safety guidelines and are responsible for any required permits or approvals.


This is a family-centered community event. Vendors are expected to be respectful, professional, and supportive of the children participating in the Children’s Business Fair.

 

The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, weather-related issues, vendor sales performance, or personal injury. Event details are subject to change if needed.

Prices

Adult Vendor booth $25.00 The adult vendor booth fee is $25 and is due at the time of application. This fee helps secure your spot and cover event-related costs. If your application is not approved, your fee will be refunded and credited back to your original method of payment. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, tent, display items, and any setup materials needed for their booth. Setup begins at 9:00 AM. Vendors will have one hour to set up before the event begins at 10:00 AM. The event ends at 2:00 PM, and breakdown will take place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please make sure your booth is family-friendly and fully cleaned up before leaving the venue. We are excited to have you be part of the Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair!
