All applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Application Information Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation submitted is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or cancellation of an application without a refund. Cancellation & No Refunds Once an application has been submitted or processing has begun, cancellation does not entitle the applicant to a refund. All payments are final and non-refundable. Rain or Shine Any event, appointment, service, or scheduled activity is held rain or shine unless otherwise stated by the organizer. Weather conditions, including rain, storms, heat, or other unfavorable conditions, do not automatically qualify an applicant or attendee for a refund.
