Cancellation & No Refunds Once an application has been submitted or processing has begun, cancellation does not entitle the applicant to a refund. All payments are final and non-refundable. Rain or Shine Any event, appointment, service, or scheduled activity is held rain or shine unless otherwise stated by the organizer. Weather conditions, including rain, storms, heat, or other unfavorable conditions, do not automatically qualify an applicant or attendee for a refund.
