The safety of our guests, vendors, and staff is a top priority at Blooms & Brews Spring Fest. • Event staff and volunteers will be on site throughout the day to assist as needed • Clearly marked activity areas and vendor spaces will help maintain safe flow throughout the event • All food vendors and alcohol vendors will operate in compliance with applicable local and state regulations • Alcohol will be served only to guests 21+ with valid ID • Designated service areas will be in place for alcohol consumption • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times • Pets are welcome only if leashed and well-behaved • Please be mindful of uneven ground and outdoor conditions as this is a farm-style venue In the event of an emergency, event staff and on-site contacts will be available to assist.

This 21+ evening add-on unlocks access to our adults-only session featuring live music, brews, cocktails, and an elevated nighttime atmosphere. Enjoy extended performances from a select artist and band, sip craft drinks from our bar vendors, and experience the festival in a more intimate, relaxed, after-hours setting under the lights. Whether you’re winding down or turning up, After Dark is the perfect way to end the night. After Dark runs from 6:00–9:00 PM - Valid government ID required - Must be purchased in addition to a daytime ticket or wristband

Blooms & Brews Spring Fest is a lively spring festival hosted by Bay Area Events at Weeks Bay Plantation, bringing together local makers, small businesses, food trucks, live music (seven artists and bands throughout the day and night), and family-friendly activities in a beautiful outdoor setting.

 

We are seeking a curated mix of artisans, makers, boutiques, specialty food vendors, service-based businesses, craft beer businesses, and interactive vendors to create a vibrant shopping and community experience for attendees of all ages.

Time: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (5PM-6PM event break)
Location: Weeks Bay Plantation | 12562 Mary Ann Beach Rd. Fairhope, AL 36532
Vendor Spaces: 10x10 outdoor spaces (multiple spaces may be purchased)

What to Expect

Important Information

  • We strive to ensure variety and balance among vendors
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays unless otherwise arranged
  • Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance (additional fee will apply)
  • All vendors must comply with applicable local and state regulations, including sales tax and business license requirements

Alcohol Vendors

  • Vendors selling alcohol must be covered under an Alabama ABC Special Event Permit and carry appropriate liquor liability insurance.
  • Only beer may be sold by approved vendors, as liquor and wine will be served exclusively by the event co-host.
  • Alcohol vendors must contact Bratton McGreggor with Bottles Up Mobile at (251) 604-4776 for alcohol vendor coordination and requirements.

 

  • Vendor Scam Awareness
    Bay Area Events AL LLC is the only official organizer of this event.
  • Vendor communication and applications will only come from Amanda Spann or email addresses ending in @bayareaevents.co or @bloomsandbrewsfest.com
  • We will never request vendor payments via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or personal accounts; payments are only made through Eventeny.com.

 

  • How to Apply
    Complete the vendor application in full. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Vendors will receive notification of approval, denial, or placement on the waiting list within 5 business days of applicatiom submittal.

Blooms & Brews After Dark is a ticketed, 21+ evening experience taking place from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, featuring live music, craft beer sampling, fun adult-focused activities, and a relaxed, high-energy atmosphere with guests ready to eat, drink, and shop.

 

We are seeking a limited number of vendors and food trucks whose products or services are a strong fit for an adult-only evening crowd.

 

Important Requirement
Vendors and food trucks must be approved and participating in Blooms & Brews Spring Fest (daytime event, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in order to be eligible for After Dark participation.

After Dark participation is an optional add-on and not available as a standalone opportunity.

 

After Dark Fee Structure

Vendor Booths

After Dark vendor participation is subject to availability and approval. Pricing is based on the date of application submission:

 

Early Bird: $45 (applications submitted through February 15)
General Admission: $65 (applications submitted February 16 – March 15)
Late Registration: $85 (applications submitted after March 15, if space remains)
 Approved After Dark vendors will remain in their assigned daytime booth space and must be fully staffed and operational for the entire After Dark timeframe.

 

Food Trucks

Food trucks approved for After Dark participation will be subject to the following add-on fees:

Early Bird: $0 (applications submitted through February 15)
General Admission: $10 (applications submitted February 16 – March 15)
Late Registration: $20 (applications submitted after March 15, if space remains)
Food trucks must be fully operational for the duration of After Dark hours.

 

Vendor & Food Truck Expectations

  • After Dark participation is optional, limited, and subject to approval
  • Participants must be a strong fit for an adult-only, evening audience
  • Vendors are responsible for appropriate lighting, displays, staffing, and compliance for evening hours
  • Additional After Dark guidelines will be provided to approved participants

Submission of an After Dark vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors and food trucks will be notified of approval status separately from the daytime Spring Fest application.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to or attending Blooms & Brews Spring Fest and/or Blooms & Brews After Dark, guests agree to the following terms and conditions: Admission & Tickets • Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified. • Blooms & Brews After Dark is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and alcohol service. • Tickets are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather, illness, emergencies, or no-shows. • Event schedule, entertainment, activities, and offerings are subject to change without notice. Alcohol Service • Alcohol will be served only to guests 21+ with valid ID and only within designated service areas. • Guests are expected to drink responsibly. • Event staff and alcohol vendors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or violates event rules. Weather Policy • This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. • In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel activities in the interest of public safety. Conduct & Safety • Guests must follow all posted signage and instructions from event staff, security, and venue personnel. • Disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the event without refund. • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children during the daytime festival hours. Liability • Attendance is at your own risk. • Bay Area Events, Weeks Bay Plantation, sponsors, vendors, artists, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, or for personal injury occurring during the event, except as required by law. Media Release • By attending the event, guests grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. Scam Awareness • Bay Area Events is the only official event organizer. • Tickets and vendor applications are sold only through Eventeny. • Anyone claiming to be the event organizer outside of Eventeny should be considered a scammer and reported. Acceptance By attending or purchasing tickets, guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
