Blooms & Brews Spring Fest is a lively spring festival hosted by Bay Area Events at Weeks Bay Plantation, bringing together local makers, small businesses, food trucks, live music (seven artists and bands throughout the day and night), and family-friendly activities in a beautiful outdoor setting.
We are seeking a curated mix of artisans, makers, boutiques, specialty food vendors, service-based businesses, craft beer businesses, and interactive vendors to create a vibrant shopping and community experience for attendees of all ages.

Vendor Spaces: 10x10 outdoor spaces (multiple spaces may be purchased)

Important Information
- We strive to ensure variety and balance among vendors
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays unless otherwise arranged
- Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance (additional fee will apply)
- All vendors must comply with applicable local and state regulations, including sales tax and business license requirements
Alcohol Vendors
- Vendors selling alcohol must be covered under an Alabama ABC Special Event Permit and carry appropriate liquor liability insurance.
- Only beer may be sold by approved vendors, as liquor and wine will be served exclusively by the event co-host.
- Alcohol vendors must contact Bratton McGreggor with Bottles Up Mobile at (251) 604-4776 for alcohol vendor coordination and requirements.
- Vendor Scam Awareness
Bay Area Events AL LLC is the only official organizer of this event. - Vendor communication and applications will only come from Amanda Spann or email addresses ending in @bayareaevents.co or @bloomsandbrewsfest.com
- We will never request vendor payments via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or personal accounts; payments are only made through Eventeny.com.
- How to Apply
Complete the vendor application in full. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. - Vendors will receive notification of approval, denial, or placement on the waiting list within 5 business days of applicatiom submittal.
Blooms & Brews After Dark is a ticketed, 21+ evening experience taking place from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, featuring live music, craft beer sampling, fun adult-focused activities, and a relaxed, high-energy atmosphere with guests ready to eat, drink, and shop.
We are seeking a limited number of vendors and food trucks whose products or services are a strong fit for an adult-only evening crowd.
Important Requirement
Vendors and food trucks must be approved and participating in Blooms & Brews Spring Fest (daytime event, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in order to be eligible for After Dark participation.
After Dark participation is an optional add-on and not available as a standalone opportunity.
After Dark Fee Structure
Vendor Booths
After Dark vendor participation is subject to availability and approval. Pricing is based on the date of application submission:
Early Bird: $45 (applications submitted through February 15)
General Admission: $65 (applications submitted February 16 – March 15)
Late Registration: $85 (applications submitted after March 15, if space remains)
Approved After Dark vendors will remain in their assigned daytime booth space and must be fully staffed and operational for the entire After Dark timeframe.
Food Trucks
Food trucks approved for After Dark participation will be subject to the following add-on fees:
Early Bird: $0 (applications submitted through February 15)
General Admission: $10 (applications submitted February 16 – March 15)
Late Registration: $20 (applications submitted after March 15, if space remains)
Food trucks must be fully operational for the duration of After Dark hours.
Vendor & Food Truck Expectations
- After Dark participation is optional, limited, and subject to approval
- Participants must be a strong fit for an adult-only, evening audience
- Vendors are responsible for appropriate lighting, displays, staffing, and compliance for evening hours
- Additional After Dark guidelines will be provided to approved participants
