After Dark Vendor Application

Blooms & Brews After Dark is a ticketed, 21+ evening experience taking place from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, featuring live music, craft beer sampling, fun adult-focused activities, and a relaxed, high-energy atmosphere with guests ready to eat, drink, and shop.

We are seeking a limited number of vendors and food trucks whose products or services are a strong fit for an adult-only evening crowd.

Important Requirement
Vendors and food trucks must be approved and participating in Blooms & Brews Spring Fest (daytime event, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in order to be eligible for After Dark participation.

After Dark participation is an optional add-on and not available as a standalone opportunity.

After Dark Fee Structure

Vendor Booths

After Dark vendor participation is subject to availability and approval. Pricing is based on the date of application submission:

Early Bird: $45 (applications submitted through February 15)
General Admission: $65 (applications submitted February 16 – March 15)
Late Registration: $85 (applications submitted after March 15, if space remains)
 Approved After Dark vendors will remain in their assigned daytime booth space and must be fully staffed and operational for the entire After Dark timeframe.

Food Trucks

Food trucks approved for After Dark participation will be subject to the following add-on fees:

Early Bird: $0 (applications submitted through February 15)
General Admission: $10 (applications submitted February 16 – March 15)
Late Registration: $20 (applications submitted after March 15, if space remains)
Food trucks must be fully operational for the duration of After Dark hours.

Vendor & Food Truck Expectations

• After Dark participation is optional, limited, and subject to approval
• Participants must be a strong fit for an adult-only, evening audience
• Vendors are responsible for appropriate lighting, displays, staffing, and compliance for evening hours
• Additional After Dark guidelines will be provided to approved participants

Submission of an After Dark vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors and food trucks will be notified of approval status separately from the daytime Spring Fest application.

By submitting a vendor application for Blooms & Brews Spring Fest and/or Blooms & Brews After Dark, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by Bay Area Events AL LLC.

1. Event Details

Event: Blooms & Brews Spring Fest
Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Weeks Bay Plantation, Fairhope, AL
Blooms & Brews After Dark: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (21+ only)

2. Vendor Acceptance

• This is a non-juried event.
• Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right to limit vendors within the same category to maintain a balanced event experience.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  
  

3. Vendor Fees, Payment & Refunds

• Vendor fees are automatically charged upon submission of the application.
• Acceptance, waitlist placement, or denial notifications will begin being sent on February 15, 2026.
• Vendors who are waitlisted or denied will receive a full refund within five (5) business days of notification.
• Once a vendor is approved and accepted, all fees are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather, illness, emergencies, or no-shows.
• Vendor spaces are non-transferable without prior written approval.
• Bay Area Events AL LLC will never request payment via PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo, Zelle, or personal accounts.
• Vendors are asked not to contact event organizers regarding application status prior to February 15, 2026 if they have not yet received notification.
   

4. After Dark Participation (Optional Add-On)

After Dark participation is optional and limited.
Vendors must be approved and participating in Blooms & Brews Spring Fest (daytime) to be eligible.
Participation is subject to approval and requires vendors to remain open and operational through 9:00 PM.

After Dark – Vendor Booths

Early Bird: $45 (through February 15)
General: $65 (February 16 – March 15)
Late: $85 (after March 15, if space remains)
 

After Dark Fees – Food Trucks

Early Bird: $0 (through February 15)
General: $10 (February 16 – March 15)
Late: $20 (after March 15, if space remains)
 

5. Setup, Breakdown & Space Use

• Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, weights, lighting, and displays unless otherwise stated.
• Vendors may not begin breakdown before 5:00 PM (or 9:00 PM for After Dark participants) without approval.
• Early breakdown may result in removal from future events.
• Vendors must remain within assigned spaces and may not encroach on walkways or neighboring booths.
   

6. Electricity

• Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.
• Additional fees may apply.
• Unauthorized electrical usage is prohibited.
  
  

7. Licenses, Taxes & Regulatory Compliance

• Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required business licenses, permits, and insurance. (Alabama and Baldwin county business licenses are required by those entities; a Fairhope business license is NOT required.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes.
• Food vendors and food trucks must comply with all local and state health department requirements.
• Vendors selling alcohol must be covered under an Alabama ABC Special Event Permit and carry appropriate liquor liability insurance.
• Only beer may be sold by approved vendors, as liquor and wine will be served exclusively by the event co-host.
• Alcohol vendors must contact Bratton McGreggor with Bottles Up Mobile at (251) 604-4776 for alcohol vendor coordination and requirements.
   

8. Liability & Insurance

• Vendors participate at their own risk.
  Bay Area Events AL LLC, Weeks Bay Plantation, sponsors, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless all associated parties from any claims arising from vendor participation.
• Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry general liability insurance.
  
  

9. Weather Policy

• This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
• Event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event for safety reasons.
  
  

10. Conduct & Professionalism

• Vendors must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Aggressive sales tactics, unsafe displays, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
• Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor without refund for failure to comply with these terms.

11. Marketing & Promotion

• Vendors grant permission for Bay Area Events AL LLC to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes.
• Vendors are expected to assist with event promotion and word-of-mouth marketing by sharing event information through their networks.
• Vendors may not represent themselves as event organizers. This includes, but is not limited to, creating a Facebook event page for this event.
  
  

12. Scam Awareness

• Bay Area Events AL LLC is the only official event organizer.
• Vendor applications and payments are accepted only through Eventeny.
• Any individual claiming to be the event organizer outside of Eventeny should be considered a scammer.
  
  

13. Agreement
By submitting an application and/or payment, vendors acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
