Spring Fest Vendor Application

Blooms & Brews Spring Fest is a lively spring festival hosted by Bay Area Events at Weeks Bay Plantation, bringing together local makers, small businesses, food trucks, live music (seven artists and bands throughout the day and night), and family-friendly activities in a beautiful outdoor setting.

We are seeking a curated mix of artisans, makers, boutiques, specialty food vendors, service-based businesses, craft beer businesses, and interactive vendors to create a vibrant shopping and community experience for attendees of all ages.

Vendor Details

Event Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (5PM-6PM event break)
Location: Weeks Bay Plantation | 12562 Mary Ann Beach Rd. Fairhope, AL 36532
Vendor Spaces: 10x10 outdoor spaces (multiple spaces may be purchased)

What to Expect

• High foot traffic from both daytime festival guests and After Dark attendees
• Live music throughout the day and night
• Food trucks, craft beer, cocktails, and family-friendly attractions
• Strong marketing and promotion through Bay Area Events’ established platforms

Important Information

• We strive to ensure variety and balance among vendors
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays unless otherwise arranged
• Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance (additional fee will apply)
• All vendors must comply with applicable local and state regulations, including sales tax and business license requirements

Alcohol Vendors

• Vendors selling alcohol must be covered under an Alabama ABC Special Event Permit and carry appropriate liquor liability insurance.
• Only beer may be sold by approved vendors, as liquor and wine will be served exclusively by the event co-host.
• Alcohol vendors must contact Bratton McGreggor with Bottles Up Mobile at (251) 604-4776 for alcohol vendor coordination and requirements.

• Vendor Scam Awareness
  Bay Area Events AL LLC is the only official organizer of this event.
• Vendor communication and applications will only come from Amanda Spann or email addresses ending in @bayareaevents.co or @bloomsandbrewsfest.com
• We will never request vendor payments via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or personal accounts; payments are only made through Eventeny.com.

• How to Apply
  Complete the vendor application in full. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Vendors will receive notification of approval, denial, or placement on the waiting list within 5 business days of applicatiom submittal.

By submitting a vendor application for Blooms & Brews Spring Fest, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by Bay Area Events AL LLC.

1. Event Details

2. Vendor Acceptance

• This is a non-juried event.
• Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right to limit vendors within the same category to maintain a balanced event experience.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or space until written confirmation is provided by Bay Area Events AL LLC.
• To allow our team adequate time to review applications, vendors are asked not to contact us regarding application status prior to February 15, 2026 if they have not yet received a notification.

3. Vendor Fees & Payment

• Vendor fees will be automatically charged upon submission of the vendor application.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Acceptance, waitlist placement, or denial notifications will begin being sent on February 15, 2026.
• Vendors who are placed on the waiting list or denied will receive a full refund within five (5) business days of notification.
• Once a vendor is approved and accepted, all vendor fees are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather, emergencies, illness, or no-shows.
• Vendor spaces are non-transferable without prior written approval from Bay Area Events AL LLC.
• Bay Area Events AL LLC will never request vendor payments via PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo, Zelle, or personal accounts.
• Vendor Fees:

10x10 Space:

          - Early Bird: $85 through 2/15/26

          - Regular: $100 through 3/15/26

          - Late: $115

Food Truck:

          - Early Bird: $50 through 2/15/26

          - Regular: $75 through 3/15/26

          - Late: $100 

4. Setup, Breakdown & Space Use

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, weights, lighting, and extension cords unless otherwise stated.
• Vendors must remain set up and operational for the full duration of the event and may not begin breakdown before 5:00 PM without approval.
• Vendors approved for After Dark must remain set up through 9:00 PM.
• Vendors must stay within their assigned space and may not encroach on neighboring booths, fire lanes, or walkways.
• Early departure may result in exclusion from future events.

5. Electricity

• Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.
• Additional fees may apply.
• Unauthorized use of electricity is prohibited.
   

6. After Dark Vendor Participation (Optional)

• Blooms & Brews After Dark runs from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM and is a ticketed, 21+ experience.
• Vendors must submit a seperate application if they would like to be considered to participate in After Dark.
• Participation is optional, limited, and subject to approval.
• Approved vendors who remain open during After Dark are required to pay an additional $50 After Dark participation fee.
• Vendors must be fully operational and properly staffed for the entire After Dark timeframe if approved.

7. Alcohol, Food & Regulatory Compliance

• Vendors selling alcohol must be covered under an Alabama ABC Special Event Permit and carry appropriate liquor liability insurance.
• Only beer may be sold by approved vendors, as liquor and wine will be served exclusively by the event co-host.
• Alcohol vendors must contact Bratton McGreggor with Bottles Up Mobile at (251) 604-4776 for alcohol vendor coordination and requirements.
• Food vendors and food trucks must possess all required health department permits, licenses, and inspections.
• All vendors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

          - Sales tax collection and remittance
          - Business licenses (Alabama and Baldwin county business licenses are required by those entities; a Fairhope business license is NOT required.
          - Temporary or event-specific permits
          - Regulatory requirements applicable to their products or services
 
Bay Area Events AL LLC does not collect or remit sales tax on behalf of vendors and assumes no responsibility for vendor compliance.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Vendors participate at their own risk.
• Bay Area Events AL LLC, Weeks Bay Plantation, sponsors, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bay Area Events AL LLC, Weeks Bay Plantation, and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or losses arising from vendor participation.
• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance. 

9. Weather Policy

• This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
• In the event of severe weather deemed unsafe, Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event in the interest of public safety.

10. Conduct & Professionalism

• Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
• Aggressive sales tactics, unsafe displays, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms without refund.

11. Marketing & Media

• Vendors grant permission for Bay Area Events AL LLC to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• Vendors may not present themselves as event organizers or misrepresent their affiliation with the event. This includes, but is not limited to, creating a Facebook event page for this event.

12. Scam Awareness & Official Communication

• Bay Area Events AL LLC is the only official organizer of this event.
• Official communication will only come from Amanda Spann or email addresses ending in @bayareaevents.co or @bayareaeventsal.com
• Vendors are encouraged to verify all communications prior to submitting payment.

13. Promotion

• Vendors are expected to actively share and promote this event through their own networks, including social media, email lists, and personal outreach, to help encourage attendance and support the overall success of the festival.
