Bloom: Community Fall Festival, a family-friendly celebration bringing families, local businesses, and neighbors together for a day of fall fun, community connection, and giving back. Hosted by Bloom Curated Experiences Co., this community give-back event will feature activities for the entire family, local shopping, great food, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in our community. During the festival, we will be collecting **non-perishable food items and winter supplies** to support individuals and families in our community. Guests are encouraged to bring a donation and help us make an even greater impact. Shop. Eat. Connect. Give Back. To help create a safe and welcoming experience at the Bloom: Community Fall Festival, please observe the following guidelines: Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible guardian at all times. Guests participating in games, inflatables, fitness activities, or other interactive experiences should follow all posted rules and instructions from activity operators and event staff. Please wear appropriate footwear and use caution while walking throughout the festival grounds. Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed, particularly during warm weather. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should speak directly with individual food vendors regarding ingredients and food preparation. Do not enter vendor-only, restricted, equipment, or staff areas. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, fighting, threatening behavior, and other unsafe conduct are prohibited within the event area, subject to applicable law and venue policies. Please immediately report hazards, injuries, lost children, or other safety concerns to event staff.

Volunteer With Us!


Help us bring Bloom: Community Fall Festival to life! We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and community-minded volunteers who are excited to help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, vendors, and families.

 

Volunteers may assist with areas such as event setup and breakdown, guest check-in and directions, vendor support, children’s activities, community donation collection, raffle activities, event flow, and general festival support.

No previous event experience is required. We simply ask that volunteers arrive on time, have a positive attitude, be comfortable interacting with the public, and be willing to assist where needed.

 

Volunteer assignments and shift details will be provided prior to the event. Some roles may require standing, walking, or light lifting.
