Volunteer With Us!

Help us bring Bloom: Community Fall Festival to life! We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and community-minded volunteers who are excited to help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, vendors, and families.

Volunteers may assist with areas such as event setup and breakdown, guest check-in and directions, vendor support, children’s activities, community donation collection, raffle activities, event flow, and general festival support.

No previous event experience is required. We simply ask that volunteers arrive on time, have a positive attitude, be comfortable interacting with the public, and be willing to assist where needed.

Volunteer assignments and shift details will be provided prior to the event. Some roles may require standing, walking, or light lifting.

By submitting a volunteer application and participating in Bloom: Community Fall Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following Volunteer Terms & Conditions.

1. Volunteer Commitment
Volunteers agree to arrive on time for their assigned shift and remain available for the duration of that shift. If you are unable to attend or need to leave early, please notify Bloom Curated Experiences Co. as soon as possible.

2. Volunteer Assignments
Volunteer assignments may include, but are not limited to:

Event setup and breakdown
Guest check-in and directions
Vendor assistance
Children’s activity support
Community donation collection
Raffle or activity assistance
Event flow and guest support
General event assistance

Assignments will be based on event needs, volunteer availability, and individual abilities. Bloom Curated Experiences Co. reserves the right to reassign volunteers when necessary.

3. Check-In & Instructions
All volunteers must check in at the designated volunteer area upon arrival and follow instructions provided by Bloom Curated Experiences Co. event leadership.

Volunteers may be required to attend a brief orientation or receive event instructions prior to beginning their assigned duties.

4. Professional & Respectful Conduct
Volunteers are expected to maintain a friendly, professional, respectful, and family-appropriate demeanor while representing Bloom Curated Experiences Co.

Harassment, discrimination, fighting, threatening behavior, inappropriate language, disruptive conduct, or behavior that compromises the safety or experience of event attendees will not be tolerated.

Bloom Curated Experiences Co. reserves the right to dismiss a volunteer from the event for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

5. Dress & Appearance
Volunteers should arrive in comfortable, neat, and event-appropriate attire suitable for their assigned responsibilities and expected weather conditions.

Closed-toe, comfortable shoes are strongly recommended for volunteers assisting with setup, breakdown, or other physically active assignments.

Any volunteer identification, badge, shirt, or other materials provided by Bloom should be worn as instructed.

6. Safety
Volunteers agree to follow all event, venue, and safety instructions.

Volunteers should immediately report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, lost children, emergencies, or other significant concerns to a Bloom Curated Experiences Co. event lead.

Volunteers should not attempt to perform duties that they believe are unsafe or beyond their physical abilities and should notify an event lead if assistance is needed.

7. Children & Family Activities
Volunteers assigned to children’s activities must follow all instructions and safety procedures established for that area.

Unless specifically authorized and appropriately supervised, volunteers should not remove a child from the designated activity area or assume responsibility for supervising a child independently of the child's parent or legal guardian.

8. Personal Belongings
Volunteers are responsible for securing their own personal belongings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Curated Experiences Co. and its event partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may occur throughout Bloom: Community Fall Festival.

By participating, volunteers understand that they may appear in event photographs or video footage that may be used by Bloom Curated Experiences Co. for reasonable promotional, social media, website, marketing, and event recap purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

10. Volunteer Relationship

Participation as a volunteer does not create an employment relationship with Bloom Curated Experiences Co.

Volunteer positions are unpaid unless otherwise expressly communicated in writing.

11. Event Changes
Bloom Curated Experiences Co. reserves the right to modify volunteer assignments, schedules, event activities, or event operations due to weather, safety concerns, attendance, venue requirements, or other circumstances.

12. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing the volunteer application, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you have read, understand, and agree to follow these Volunteer Terms & Conditions and all reasonable instructions provided by Bloom Curated Experiences Co. during the event.

You also acknowledge that participation may involve normal event-related activities such as standing, walking, outdoor conditions, and light physical activity depending on your assigned role.
