Welcome to the Bigfoot BBQ & Brews Vendor Application! 

The Vendor Application allows vendors to apply for booths at the event. Vendors must provide business details, product information, and any space or equipment needs. Vendors will be required to file an Itinerant Merchant Application with the City of Dallas upon approval. Welcome to the Bigfoot BBQ & Brews Beverage Vendor Application! Vendors must provide details about their menu, company information, and space needs. Vendors will be required to provide their own trailer or jockey box to serve alcohol at the event. 

Upon approval of your application, you will be required to obtain an OLCC Permit for this event. You can find the OLCC Permit by logging in to your OLCC CAMP Account. Vendors will also be required to file an Itinerant Merchant Application with the City of Dallas upon approval. Additional documentation, such as permits and insurance, may also be requested. 

Bigfoot, BBQ and Brews is a new adventure for Dallas, OR! Hosted in our beautiful city park, you can walk the paths to shop our vendors, take advantage of inclusive activities, barbeque contests, bouncy castles, and beer! A fall event to celebrate the beauty of our community with a little whimsy and a LOT OF FUN. There will be local business specials and highlights, live concerts, activities, and a relaxing beer garden. Your donations will go to helping fund these great events, as well as the entirety of Bigfoot, BBQ and Brews! We hope for this event to bring many visitors into the city, and we want to spotlight your business at this celebration!
