Presenting Sponsor - $15,000 About: The Presenting Sponsor is the festival’s main sponsor with the highest visibility. Benefits: • Logo prominently displayed throughout the event as the presenting sponsor. • Logo featured on the main gate and stage banners. • Logo included in print and social media advertisements as the presenting sponsor. • Logo displayed at the top of our home page as the presenting sponsor of the festival for 12 months. • Free festival admission for up to 35 employees (not including the 4 wristbands for booth staff). • 10x30 booth in a prominent location at the Pride Festival, with the option to choose placement (subject to mutual agreement). • Meet-and-greet opportunity with the headliner for senior staffers. • Opportunity to address the crowd from the main stage (5-minute maximum). • Logo featured on the cover of the online Pride Guide, along with a full-page ad or message. • Ability to provide company-branded swag bags or giveaways to attendees at the main gate.

Main Stage Sponsor - $10,000 About: The Main Stage Sponsor will have their logo front and center as everyone is enjoying the entertainment. Benefits: • Logo prominently displayed on the main stage. • Logo featured on the Pride Festival home page for 12 months. • Meet-and-greet opportunity with the headliner for senior staffers. • Complimentary admission to the festival for 25 employees (in addition to 4 wristbands for booth staff). • 10x20 booth in a prime location near the main stage (subject to specific terms). • Logo included in social media and print materials as the Main Stage Sponsor. • Social media acknowledgment. • Ability to provide swag bags or promotional items for distribution at the main gate. • Full-page ad or message in the online Pride Guide. • Opportunity to address the crowd on the main stage (5 minutes maximum). • Acknowledgment by the MC on stage for sponsoring entertainment.

Pride Bar Sponsor - $3,000 to $10,000 About: Sponsors share their commitment to the community by supporting the Pride Bar. Benefits: • Logo included as a Pride Bar Sponsor on the website, social media, print materials, and in the online Pride Guide. • Branding of Pride Bars with sponsor-provided materials. • Option to provide swag for bar attendees and a 10x20 booth at the festival for promotional activities. • Half-page ad in the online Pride Guide. Additional Options: • Beverage exclusivity agreements are available for a minimum sponsorship of $3,000 per beverage type (e.g., rum, vodka, wine). Gate Sponsor - $8,000 About: The first sponsor attendees will see as they enter the festival grounds. General Sponsor (Multiple Levels) - $750 to $5,000 About: General sponsorships offer flexible branding and benefits, based on the sponsorship level. Pride Kids Sponsor - $1,500 • Branded area for hosting activities and distributing swag. • Recognition on social media, our website, and in the Pride Guide. • Opportunity to set up a booth inside the Kids Space and a 10x10 booth at the festival.

Sober Social Space Sponsor - $1,500 • Branded activity area with games and giveaways. • Recognition on social media and the Pride Guide. • 10x10 booth included.

Emergency Services Sponsor - In-Kind • Recognition for providing first aid services (two ambulances). • 10x10 booth included for additional visibility. • Half-page ad in the Pride Guide.

Friends of Pride Sponsor - $100 • Name listed on our website and Pride Guide. • Complimentary admission for 4 individuals.

Help Make Berks Pride Fest 2025 the Best One Yet! Our festival is powered by the incredible energy and dedication of volunteers like you. Each year, your support makes this event possible — and unforgettable! Please take a moment to review the available volunteer opportunities and shift times, and sign up where you’re able to lend a hand. Volunteers receive free admission to the festival, and we provide lunch and soft drinks during your shift. Volunteer Perks Include: Free admission to Berks Pride Fest 2025 Free lunch and soft drinks during your shift Shift Times: Set Up: Begins at 6:30 AM (If you’re an early riser, we’ll be on site by 6:00 AM!) Festival Shifts: 10:15 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM Tear Down: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM We also have pre-event opportunities for those interested in helping prepare in the days leading up to the festival. Please sign up for the departments and shifts that interest you most. While some roles fill quickly, every task is vital, and we may shift assignments as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly. Our Volunteer Chair will follow up to confirm your assignment. Name badges will be provided to identify volunteers throughout the day.
