2025 Berks Pride Fest Volunteer

Help Make Berks Pride Fest 2025 the Best One Yet! Our festival is powered by the incredible energy and dedication of volunteers like you. Each year, your support makes this event possible — and unforgettable! Please take a moment to review the available volunteer opportunities and shift times, and sign up where you’re able to lend a hand. Volunteers receive free admission to the festival, and we provide lunch and soft drinks during your shift. Volunteer Perks Include: Free admission to Berks Pride Fest 2025 Free lunch and soft drinks during your shift Shift Times: Set Up: Begins at 6:30 AM (If you’re an early riser, we’ll be on site by 6:00 AM!) Festival Shifts: 10:15 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM Tear Down: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM We also have pre-event opportunities for those interested in helping prepare in the days leading up to the festival. Please sign up for the departments and shifts that interest you most. While some roles fill quickly, every task is vital, and we may shift assignments as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly. Our Volunteer Chair will follow up to confirm your assignment. Name badges will be provided to identify volunteers throughout the day.

Reading Pride Celebration welcomes all members of the LGBTQ+ and allied community to volunteer and help make our 19th annual festival a success. Pride is not possible without the dedication of volunteers like you — thank you in advance for your support! Photo Upload (Optional): While not required, uploading a photo helps us recognize who to expect on-site and may be used on your volunteer name badge. Volunteer Picnic: All volunteers and their families will be invited to a Volunteer Thank You Picnic. The date and location are still being finalized and will be shared once confirmed. Age Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while volunteering. Waiver Requirement: All volunteers must sign the waiver electronically. Please review it prior to submitting your application. After submission, it will be sent via email.
