This reservation form is available to members of the City of Chamblee’s Nonprofit Partnership Program, other certified nonprofit organizations and government agencies, as well as City of Chamblee employees, for use of the Arrow Creek Community Room located in the Chamblee Public Safety Building at 4445 Buford Highway.
For Nonprofit Partnership Program members and other certified nonprofit or government agencies, a reservation fee of $50 per use applies and is subject to availability. This fee is waived for City of Chamblee employees.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is also required. The card on file will not be charged unless the signed terms and conditions are not met. Applicants will be notified by City staff prior to any processing of the security deposit.
Use of the Arrow Creek Community Room includes tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, and access to the breakroom. Please note that there is no formal kitchen available for use. The maximum occupancy of the room is 169 individuals.
A key card is required to access the room and must be picked up and returned during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key card arrangements must be coordinated in advance with Joshua Duarte. After-Hours Policy:
Recent policy changes require that any after-hours reservation include an on-site police officer for the duration of the event. The cost for this service is $60 per hour, with a minimum of three (3) hours. The $50 reservation fee will be applied as a credit toward the total officer cost.
