Spooktacular Vendor Application – October 18th
This is the vendor application for Spooktacular in Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel on Friday, October 18th. This event is outdoors and will take place rain or shine.
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed, and selected vendors will be invited to purchase and select their booth locations.
Important Note: All participating vendors are required to bring a minimum of 1,000 individually wrapped pieces of candy to hand out during the event.
Vendor booths are 10x10 and include the space only. Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs.
Booth Options:
Green: Premium Booth with Electric – $100
Yellow: Standard Booth with Electric – $75
Red: Premium Booth – No Power – $50
Purple: Standard Booth – No Power – $30
Premium booths are placed in high-traffic areas or near entertainment. Power is limited and only available in select areas. If electricity is needed, please select a powered booth during your application.
By submitting this application and selecting your booth, you agree to the terms outlined below and validate this agreement electronically.

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
