Friday Event Setup & Parking Information
The street will close at 1:00 PM on Friday, so vendors need to arrive by 12:30 PM to unload and get ready. Vendor setup will take place from 1:00 PM–3:00 PM.
The 4th Friday Downtown Burlington event runs from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, and the street will remain closed until 11:00 PM. Our event is inside, a few doors down from the event.
Parking: Vendor parking is located in the parking lot behind the building. Please make sure you are back and parked by 5:00 PM at the latest, as the parking lot will fill up quickly once Burlington’s event begins.
If possible, we strongly recommend leaving your vehicle parked in the lot after unloading so you do not have to worry about finding a parking space later.
Overnight Security & Product Responsibility:
There is NO overnight security provided. We will lock the doors behind us at the end of the evening; however, vendors understand and agree that they are responsible for their own products and inventory. Vendors are responsible for carrying their own product insurance if they choose to do so.
Please note: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fire, flooding, or other damage, neither Shop and Stroll Markets nor the venue’s insurance will be responsible for vendor merchandise or losses.
