Food has a way of bringing the world together. From familiar favorites to dishes inspired by culinary traditions from across the United States and around the world, the festival is an opportunity to discover new flavors, hear the stories behind the food, and support the entrepreneurs who bring those traditions to our community. Food trucks and beverage vendors will be joined by local makers, artisans, merchants, and businesses for a festival designed around discovery, connection, and a great day along the Tennessee River. Come hungry. Bring the family. Try something you've never had before, revisit something you love, and meet the people behind the businesses serving our community. Health & safety
The safety and comfort of our guests, vendors, staff, and community are important to us. The Chattanooga World Food Truck Festival is an outdoor event. Guests should prepare appropriately for weather and outdoor conditions and follow instructions from event staff, security personnel, venue representatives, and emergency responders. Pets are welcome but must remain properly contained on a leash and under the control of their owner at all times. Pet owners are responsible for their animals and for cleaning up after them. Please consider heat, pavement temperature, crowds, noise, food service areas, and your pet's comfort before bringing an animal to the festival. Children should remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult. Please keep emergency access routes, vendor service areas, roadways, and other designated restricted areas clear at all times. Event operations may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, site conditions, or other circumstances affecting safe festival operations. If you see an immediate safety concern during the event, notify a member of the Hearthara Culinary event team. In an emergency, call 911.

Interested in applying:
1 active application

Applications are now open for vendors interested in participating in the Chattanooga World Food Truck Festival, taking place Saturday, May 15, 2027, from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM at Tennessee Riverpark in Chattanooga.

The festival celebrates food, culture, entrepreneurship, and community and will feature food and beverage operators alongside makers, artisans, merchandise vendors, and participating businesses.

Food and beverage applicants will be asked to provide information about their menu and the country, region, culture, culinary tradition, or style of food represented by their business. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications are reviewed for event fit, available space, product and menu mix, cuisine representation, operational requirements, and the overall guest experience.
