2nd Annual Chattanooga World Food Truck Festival
About the application
Applications are now open for vendors interested in participating in the Chattanooga World Food Truck Festival, taking place Saturday, May 15, 2027, from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM at Tennessee Riverpark in Chattanooga.
The festival celebrates food, culture, entrepreneurship, and community and will feature food and beverage operators alongside makers, artisans, merchandise vendors, and participating businesses.
Food and beverage applicants will be asked to provide information about their menu and the country, region, culture, culinary tradition, or style of food represented by their business. This information helps Hearthara Culinary thoughtfully curate the festival, reduce unnecessary menu duplication, celebrate a variety of culinary traditions, and tell the stories behind participating businesses.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are reviewed for event fit, available space, product and menu mix, cuisine representation, operational requirements, and the overall guest experience.
Approved food and beverage operators will also be required to complete additional post-approval compliance requirements, including two specific Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Instructions will be provided after acceptance.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are subject to Hearthara Culinary approval and must comply with event rules, operational requirements, applicable permits, licenses, safety requirements, and the World Food Truck Festival 2027 Vendor Participation Agreement.
All vendor fees are non-refundable. Approved products, services, menus, and vendor spaces may not be transferred or materially changed without prior approval.
Food and beverage operators are subject to additional post-approval compliance requirements, including two required Certificates of Insurance. Instructions will be provided following approval.
By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with all applicable event requirements.

Your complete operational setup, including truck/trailer, hitch or tongue, awnings, doors, service areas, and equipment, must fit within your approved footprint. Vendor fees are non-refundable. |

This option is reserved for qualifying organizations and is subject to Hearthara Culinary approval.
