Booth Information

  • Standard booth size: 10’ x 10’ (must stay within assigned space). 
  • Double booth: 10’ x 20’ (must be selected during registration)

Do not extend beyond your space or interfere with neighboring booths physically or audibly infringe upon neighboring booths. 
Special placement requests are not guaranteed and may include additional fees. 
 

Tent & Equipment

Exhibitors  must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and weights unless renting a package .
Tent rental packages available:

 

  •  10’ x 10’: $405 + tax (tent, 1 table, 2 chairs, weights, sides and lights)
  •  10’ x 20’: $650+ tax (tent, 2 tables, 4 chairs,weights, sides and lights) 
  •  Automatic payment on  January 08,2027.


All tents must be properly secured with 40 lbs. per leg (no bungee cords). 
Non-compliant setups will not be permitted to participate.  

 

The Vendor Manager will inspect booths before the event. Vendors without proper weights will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be given.

 

Setup & Breakdown

  • Load-in: Friday February 5th from 8 am – 6 pm AND Saturday, February 6 starting at 7 am 
  • (Cart-In Only)  (assigned load-in time provided week before event). 
    Vehicles are not permitted on the event site at any time. We strongly recommend bringing a hand truck or cart to transport your items.  
  • **You must check-in with staff at Vendor Check-In to be directed to your booth location. No vehicles permitted to drive on site. No exceptions** 

  

Booth Tear Down:

Teardown begins at 6:00 PM on Sunday. Bring a hand truck or cart to assist with load-out. No vehicles are permitted on the grounds.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.
  •  Bring basic tools to setup your booth like – staple gun, zip ties, duct tape, step stool pens, batteries, and scissors 
  • No-shows (without notice by 7:00 a.m. event day) will forfeit their space.
  •  Anyone with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to exhibit at the show. If determined that you have a balance due, you must pay cash upon check-in.

Electricity:

LIMITED ELECTRICITY is provided for service to tent light and POS system only. If you require additional power, you will need to provide your own quiet generator.

 

Security:

You are responsible for all valuables, items, and prizes at your booth. Delray Beach Arts, Inc. employs overnight private security; however, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your booth. 

 

Equipment:

Unless you have ordered (and paid for) a rental package, you are responsible for providing your own tent, weights, tables, and chairs.

Communication/Text Alert System

Please provide the cell phone numbers of all people working in the booth on your application at the time you apply as we will be adding them to our text alert system. This system is utilized to communicate load-in/load-out updates, severe weather info, lost child reports, etc. during the event.

 

Additional Information

  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. 
  • Bring basic tools to setup your booth like – staple gun, zip ties, duct tape, step stool pens, batteries, and scissors 
  • No-shows (without notice by 7:00 a.m. event day) will forfeit their space.
  •  Anyone with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to exhibit at the show. If determined that you have a balance due, you must pay cash upon check-in. 
  • Please remove your vehicle from the event footprint before setting up your booth.

Take I- 95 to Forest Hill Blvd and head west past 441.  Travel approximately 2 miles on Forest Hill Blvd, past South Shore Blvd. to 12150 Forest Hill Blvd and turn left onto Ken Adams Way. Make first right, then immediate right until you see the VENDOR CHECK-IN TENT


 

Electricity:

  LIMITED ELECTRICITY is provided to service tent light and POS system only. If you require additional power, you will need to provide your own quiet generator

 

Security:

You are responsible for all valuables, items, and prizes at your booth. Delray Affair Management Team employs overnight private security; however, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your booth. 

 

Equipment:

Unless you have ordered (and paid for) a rental package, you are responsible for providing your own tent, weights, tables, and chairs.

  • $700 Booth Fee plus tax  is NON-REFUNDABLE and does NOT include tent, table or chairs .

 

6.5% Florida Sales Tax will be added to booth fee, tent rental or corner booth fee at check-out
 

BOOTH FEES ARE DUE IN FULL UPON ACCEPTANCE

 

Booth Information

  • Cart Spaces are 6’ X 6’ and work must be contained within the assigned space. You may not infringe on another space physically or audibly.  
    Do not extend beyond your space or interfere with neighboring booths physically or audibly infringe upon neighboring booths. Special placement requests are not guaranteed and may include additional fees.

     

    The Vendor Manager will inspect booths before the event. Vendors without proper equipment (i.e., fire extinguisher, propane tanks stored properly) will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be given.

 

Tent & Equipment

Exhibitors  must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and weights unless renting a package .
Tent rental packages available: 

  • 10’ x 10’: $405 + tax (tent, 1 table, 2 chairs, weights and lights) 
  • 10’ x 20’: $650+ tax (tent, 2 tables, 4 chairs,weights and lights) 
    All tents must be properly secured with 40 lbs. per leg (no bungee cords). 
    Non-compliant setups will not be permitted to participate.  

 

The Vendor Manager will inspect booths before the event. Vendors without proper weights will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be given.

 

Setup & Breakdown

  • Load-in: Friday February 5th from 8 am – 6 pm AND Saturday, February 6 starting at 7 am 
  • (Cart-In Only)  (assigned load-in time provided week before event).
  •  Vehicles are not permitted on the event site at any time. We strongly recommend bringing a hand truck or cart to transport your items.
  •  **You must check-in with staff at Vendor Check-In to be directed to your booth location. No vehicles permitted to drive on site. No exceptions** 

 

 

Booth Tear Down:

Teardown begins at 6:00 PM on Sunday. Bring a hand truck or cart to assist with load-out. No vehicles are permitted on.
